Our experience at the Midwest City location is always great. The staff is very helpful and listen to the needs of what we want and use of the product we need to purchase. They never try to push the most expensive thing, just cause. Greatly appreciated the Best Buy staff. We bought this laptop for my daughter who is about to start freshman year of college. It handles all the needs and requirements she has for success to continue her education.

HP Omni book X-Flip Laptop - This was available at the time with good holiday pricing. I am more of a Dell person. I like their warranty onsite service . The ads for their laptops and Lenovo was listing older tech. I wanted USB-C 2.0 or better. This laptop had better display resolution as well along with 6E wireless. The processor speed isn’t up there with the other high end processors, but I am a retired pc and server service person, and more interested in home business use and browsing now. The OS is Windows Home 11. I’m use to the Pro version, so I will see how limited my options are. The battery life is rated in the 21 hours + range. I picked up a USB-C dock with Ethernet and SD and micro sd card and a 220w USB-c charger and additional cable to push the 100w dock and to charge the HP Omni book X-Flip Laptop. Setup was very easy and straightforward. I only wish that I had a backup on iCloud first. The process would have gleaned over my data effortlessly. I do have a separate backup on hdd and SD card so I did that. I will setup the iCloud backup later for this laptop. Purchasing this laptop was easy and I upgraded to the BestBuy Plus membership as a bonus freebee. I had a base membership before. I can’t speak for HP reliability yet since it is too early since the Labor Day weekend purchase. It looks great though ! I am sure that this laptop will last me for a long while more.

It is good, something heavy. My main problem is, when I tried boot from a bootable usb device, bios did not see the booteable divice.

Absolutely worth breaking my budget! It makes a large tablet with enough writing surface that my hands don't cramp. My old computer putt putt along for as long as she could...this is the perfect replacement. I am on it for as long as 18-20 hours daily, the battery life is very good -- I charge early evening / overnight and I'm good to go the next day

I recently purchased the HP Omni Laptop from Best Buy, and it has been an amazing investment. I was looking for a new laptop and had one in mind but the salesman recommend this one to me. The one i was looking at was around 300 on sale and thus one was 600 on sale. And im very glad i chose this one great laptop i love it.

Good laptop, works super well and has a very fast processor

Honestly this has exceeded my expectations. I dreaded getting it up and running. When I did open it up to get it started, in no time at all I was using it for schoolwork. More that what was needed for school but I wanted a computer to last a while. So far after a week of use I have no complaints. I would recommend.

Moves fast. Large screen. My cursor seems to disappear or not move, which is annoying.

This laptop is everything a business man needs. I am able to enjoy windows 11 spectacular performance, as well as a great battery life. The touch screen display is very vivid and bright too!

I bought this when it was available at a discounted price. It has turned out to be great value for money. It has checked off a lot of boxes for me. It provides 2-in-1 functionality combined with a desktop-replacement feel, I am even able to run some basic games on this like Fortnite, CS etc.

Although it has a less recent processor, it without a problem runs several applications and programs simultaneously in different screens, does not lag or glitch out. Perfect for those students who occasionally want a distraction from the lecture but still keep up with their notes

Easy to use and light weight and good size screen

I'm absolutely in love with this new HP - OmniBook laptop model. And I also greatly enjoyed the awesome discount sale deal I got for this new laptop that was almost 1/2 off normal retail price. It's a good upgrade for the Dell Laptop I traded in for it too that was running the old expired Windows 10 operating system on it. So far, the laptop runs and operates very well for me and I'm looking forward to using this laptop the next few years, and hoping it remains in excellent shape over time. Thank you - Best Buy for this great sale deal!

The new Omni is quite a machine for the money retailing at $849. Lots of positive things about it, solidly made, the Ryzen 5 CPU is adequately fast for the casual user the display is very nice, has touch screen and backlit keyboard adding premium value and more usability to your purchase. Battery life is good. The stereo sound speakers are very nice. On sale I paid $551 which for a backlit keyboard machine was a good price. Best buy doubles the factory 1 year warranty to 2 years, that is exceptional and makes it worth buying at this retailer. The Best buy tech chat was efficient and was able to help me with set up questions to their credit! Cons: The machines a little heavy at 4.2 pounds, but that means its more solidly built too. The keyboard is not the best for my typing with the caps key set too close to the "A" key for my taste, but I believe in time I will adapt to the new feel. There is no SD card slot of any kind, which I miss, but you can just use a USB card adapter to overcome this deficiency. Those are the only negatives I have, its overall a great machine and I am happy with my decision to purchase this unit. I expect it to last a long long time as HP is known for its longevity and is makiong a very nice quality machine ! The ster
