Love this computer easy to set up and use. It is taking sometime to get use to all that is available on this new computer

If your in need of a desktop I tell you this is a good one .Easy to set up ,comes with everything you need even the batteries!!! I was very satisfied with this pick .

It had problems soon after the Best Buy return date expired. I had several calls with HP tech support. We thought the problems were fixed but they started up again. I had to ship it to HP. They put in several new parts including a CPU. some of it's problems were that it would sporadically freeze when booting up and wouldn't stay connected to wifi. When I buy a new computer I expect it to work this clearly was a lemon. I am not sure if I will buy an HP again. Of course any computer can be a lemon. HP support has been pretty good to deal with so far. Hopefully the problems are really fixed this time.

My 11 yr old uses it as a gaming PC for the MS Flight Simulator. And so far its seems that this PC saved me about $1,500

Unfortunately, this computer has struggled to meet expectations. It cannot reliably handle three monitors and regularly drops the internet connection during video conference calls. These ongoing issues interrupt meetings and negatively impact overall productivity, making it difficult to rely on for a professional or multi-tasking work environment.

The guys in the geek squad were extremely helpful in getting me set up with a new computer. Thanks so much!

Had to buy a special attachment to get my monitor to attach. Old computer and new computer both had Windows 11 but it worked differently on the new computer
