This is an excellent choice for our needs. It's fast, compact with plenty of outlets for our children and grand children to use and its a very attractive look with the wood grain cover.

I had an old PC that took forever to start up and load any kind of website. So, when I got this HP, it was life changing! It is soooo fast and it makes my workn get done soooo much faster. I wish I would have bought this years ago.

I was looking for speed and capacity. I was originally going to get an Intel 7 processor but was advised to try this one first. Glad I did, exceeded my expectations.

Computer is a big upgrade from my old Dell desktop. Much faster and plenty of memory and storage. Good buy for the money.

The computer is what I expected. It is fast and easy to use. One improvement would be to add more information for setup like the keyboard with no switch and figuring out how to open the mouse to install the batteries. Also, how to add speakers for audio. That was all new to me. Overall, excellent product.

We like this CPU. It's quiet and fast. Takes a little getting use to. Didn't realize it didn't have a DVD player but overall we are happy with the purchase. Thanks

My old computer died and I got this to replace it. Very fast and compact; a good bit smaller than my old one. Still getting used to the new O.S. (windows 11) and the new keyboard. Its very sensitive, but overall I like it very much. Geek Squad reps were very helpful and Best Buy made it easy to get my new system set up. High marks overall. Thanks!

For a small and inexpensive desktop from a reputable manufacturer, this is an excllent Windows 11 system. The Best Buy upgrade was smooth and everything worked when I brought it home. Highly recommend the HP/Best Buy service.

Purchased this computer to replace an older windows 10 desktop that couldn't be upgraded to windows 11. The storage size is great and the intel 5 cpu is plenty fast enough for my wife.

Purchased 1/8/26 for general home use (web, email, office apps). So far, it's working as expected. It has 10 USB ports, but, it doesn't have a high-speed port on back for permanently attaching an external hard-disk. All 4 ports on back are USB 2.0. It looks clunky to permanently attach anything (HDD, Video Cam, Microphone, Etc.) from the front.

It works great. Fast response, light weight, small enough to store underneath the desk. Free wireless keyboard and mouse.

Works great for general usage and easy to hook up to internet. Disappointed with small size of keyboard. Liked the wireless feature of the keyboard and the mouse. Prefer a larger keyboard for easier typing.
