Meet all my expectations. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a tower

I've only had this computer for about 2 weeks but really enjoying the upgrade from my old Lenovo. Set-up was pretty easy once I realized I already had a Microsoft account. This is my first computer with wireless keyboard/mouse so almost overlooked the "dongle" in the packaging. Might help if a cautionary note was added to the instructions.

The first one was defective right out of the box . After setting it up and installing updates and dealing with long phone wait times compounded by having to explain my issues to each agent that I was transferred to , it was determined that it needed to be returned to the store. My " appointment" started late , of course, and then I had to deal with two different store representatives., each time starting at square one. So far the second computer is doing fine . Il will never get back the time I spent on the phone and the drive back and forth to the store 20 miles away to return a defective new computer.

Speed and performance at a high level for the price

It does a fine job . needed it a new one mine was 13 yrs old. only thing is it doesnt have a dvd rom built in. but that is not a big deal

I have used HP products for years and have always been satisfied with their ease of use, setup, cost and service. I bought the Intel Core Ultra 5 rather than the Ultra 7 because I only plan on personal/home use without gaming. I purchased from Best Buy since they're always my go-to online store for whatever I need. Their delivery service is the best! without having to wait and they furnish plenty of customer service plans to help me.
