Nice in many ways, challenging in others. No Easy way to develop contact lists but I guess this is a Microsoft email issue.

It's a good computer. I didn't like the fake wood finish on the outside, but bought it anyway because of its other features.
Not everything got transferred to my new computer off my old one, which is a pain but not the computer's fault!

I needed to replace my outdated desk computer. Perfect timing during a great promotion at Best Buy. Used my Best Buy Visa card and got 18 month financing. A good sales and customer service experience. They have a customer for life with me when purchasing electronics.

I didn’t want a laptop. This tower PC has been perfect for me. I was worried about the keyboard, but it’s fine. I’m using my old screen which is terrific. The mouse is great. I’m happy.

Because of the in store recommendation, the sales service followed by the Geek Squad service to move all my files, things went super smooth. While there are new features, I didn't feel like I lost anything or any time. I love this desktop and hope it lasts for more years. I also traded out my 1TB SSD for a 2TB - glad I did.

Needing to buy a new computer due to Windows 10 expiring, I purchased this computer from Best Buy. The in-store experience was great, and the team member was very knowledgeable.

I first purchased a Asus V500MVC and was excited to take it home to use it. Unboxed it, and plugged in all the cables, hit the power button and nothing, just blinking lights on the power button! I figured it was the power supply. So I called Bestbuy the day and they confirmed that it was the power supply and to bring it in for an exchange. I proceeded to return it from the branch I bought it from and what do you know, no replacement or anything comparable! I had to spend an additional $186.57 to purchase the HP Omnidesk Desktop which by the way I am very happy with. What's sad when I asked the manager for a price break for my gas, time and patience, the answer was its not their fault for selling something that is DOA and a replacement was not available. I have been a loyal customer with Bestbuy for over 20 years and have bought most, if not all my Appliances from them. This incident has soured my long-standing relationship with Best Buy, leading to a reevaluation of future purchasing decisions from the retailer. Side note: The 5 star ratings are for the HP Omnidesktop that I purchased. The overall rating of 2 stars is for the non-service I received!
