Except for the conversion of my files by Geek Squad (still a mess) the computer itself is great. Love all the ports on the front.

So far very satisfied with desktop computer. Not satisfied with Windows 11, too many unnecessary changes from Windows 10.

Excellent quality, however the default for the overall print size is very tiny and hard for elderly folks to read. In the main screen it is difficult to figure out how to enlarge it and to keep it slightly larger permanently. The control to enlarge the screen needs to be more obvious.

I bought this computer in the open box condition at the recommendation of a friend who does that all the time. My computer had not been restored to factory settings – the previous owner’s information was all there. If not for my tech savvy friend, it could’ve been a disaster. The computer itself seems great, and I love the wireless keyboard and the mouse.

Replaced an older HP model that died. Great computer, very fast with the SSD drive and the extra RAM. Windows 11 was a bit to get used to but it’s working fine. Overall I’m very pleased.
