Great fast computer. Too bad it won't connect to my printer.

Slower response time than previous computer. The software limits the use to only one browser.

I guess I am not used to waiting 10-15 minutes for start-up each time and the need to re-start. Solving the problem at this time by keeping it on.

I LIKED MY LONOVO BETTER. MAYBE IT'S JUST GETTING USED TO THE HP. IT DIDN'T HELP THAT WHEN I SET IT UP I NHAD TO MTAKE IT BACK TO GEEK SQUAD TO FIX IT.

It worked well for a couple of days, then it froze when it started. I had to unplug it and reboot it to let it start again. It didn't happen if I used it daily; it only happened if I didn't use it every day. Since I tried to figure out what's going on until it happened three times, I even missed Best Buy 15-day return period. Even worse, I bought the office software for this machine from Best Buy with the computer, which was non-refundable by either Best Buy or Microsoft.

Missing keyboard and mouse on Open Box-Excellent. Online customer service says to go in store to ask for items (said no problem!), instore manager at Hawthorne, CA says I don't have a keyboard and mouse laying around and to go online to have one mailed. Lots of Back and forth with no resolution. Very disappointed.

Limited ports for computer screens forced me to purchase adapters.

cheap computer unable to upgrade very much other than memory. maybe couple of cards. 2 weeks is not enough time to really check out a computer so wont be buying any more from best buy. there is a way to install windows 11 without having to buy a new computer. all you need is the 11 iso, rufus program and a usb drive.

Very unhappy with this purchase. Too much data was not transferred from my old computer to the new one, including Webtoot that I purchased from Bestbuy. I took my old computer back and it was a good thing I did because I have had to use it instead of the new computer. I now have to contact a local company in Wallingford for assistance with the setup. I have been buying electronics from Best Buy since the 90’s and never had these problems. This is the wosrt experience ever!

The keyboard has one defect Your repair people would not replace the keyboard without us sending a picture of information tag on the computer. We are old people and do not use cell phones for that purpose. we showed the keyboard to a geek squad member but he could not help us.

Appearance is fancy. The inside is not fancy. There is a reason why $200 discount. The video streaming speed is horrible. Had to return immediately.

Apparently doesn't come with anything on the modem that you need to set up a computer , not really sure what it's function is

I bought this and a HP Envy 6165 wireless printer. I will not be buying HP again. I was able to print initially but lately I've been getting printer error or printer not connected. Yet my printer is showing as connected. I've followed all the HP tips but its just a frustrating waste of time. I'm about to return it.

only up and running a few days . so far so good. aok

We had two (2) and neither one worked. We had to take them back.
