I was replacing a 10 year old Dell with windows 10 because printer drivers unavailable and windows 10 will lose support soon. I purchased Omnidesk desktop intel ultra core 5 on sale for 649. Mouse did not work and screen would go blank every 30 secs to a minute. This was just unacceptable. I have had a few Hps in my life and will not buy from them. So Ho is returned and old Dell is running again. I still need a new computer so I would love some help. I guess Apple or Dell will be getting my money.

I ONLY HAD 29 DAYS AND IT STOPPED WORKING. THEY WOULDNT GIVE ME ANOTHER ONE THEY SAID ONLY GUARANTEED FOR 14 TO 15 DAYS.

Expected Microsoft Office on this computer! Was told that it was on here! Should not have to purchase it! Perhaps I am missing something here...

So far it has been excellent. Much faster than my old computer. Wireless keyboard and and mouse work great. I wish it had a CD that is a useful tool, especially after they got you hooked on having that format available. I subtracted star for this.

I am using this for music production and it works like a champ. Fast response and no problems. HP is always a good choice!

This is a great entry level office PC as you roll out Windows 10 PC replacements for October. When it goes on sale, I grab multiples for my office clients. Just know there's no VGA port, so you'll need either a monitor that has an HDMI port, or an adapter. The pc itself has an HDMI and a DisplayPort for video.

Easy to set up. Works great for a personal /home computer

The set up was fast and easy. It worked even better when I remembered to turn the switch on-on the mouse. My one improvement would be to add a 2nd hdmi port so you could use 2 hdmi monitors. Im reading that it costs less than 15 cents for the royalty to add the extra hdmi. I would gladly pay a couple dollars. I ordered an adaptor to one of the usb ports to try to make my 2nd monitor work.

It is very fast and works very good.I would buy it again.

So disappointed that it did not have built in speakers. I was not told much about it by the salesman. He might have thought I knew everything about it, but I did not. It is one that he suggested. It is slower than my previous one. Because of Windows 11, I had to purchase up.
