This machine, after a month, is working wonderfully. Quick turn on, quick operation and quick Shut down. My wife loves it. It was set up nicely by the Geek Squad. We’re slowly learning the nuances of Win 11 using a good computer.

This is everything I need to fill my basic computer needs which are very simple, browsing, email and occasional word processing. It probably has more storage than I really need but it appeared to be a very good computer for a reasonable price. Best Buy moved all my files and programs to the new machine and hook up was simple for me.

Have only had a short time, but so far so good. Extremely fast. It's going to take me a while to get used to Windows 11 and get everything moved around where I want it, but I'm VERY HAPPY so far.

We love this desktop! It is terrific. Very fast and powerful, and we have had no problems whatsoever setting everything up. Looks great too, with the woodgrain. Our Best Buy experience was awesome too, with great advice and service from our sales associates. We are very happy and we highly recommend this computer and also highly recommend the Hickory NC location.

Shipping was very fast. The user is impressed with the performance of this computer. The wood grain front panel adds an extra touch of elegance.

Purchased in August 2025 for my 84 yo father. Super easy to setup and super easy for him to navigate. Has plenty of storage and speed for his needs.

First thing is that I like the look. Has plenty of storage for the average person. Fast and quick. Able to handle most anything you want to do. Lots of ports and playful magic. Try it. You'll like it.

enjoying the new features of our desktop, the speed is faster, and its capabilities to hold my important documents and photos of my family is very important to me. As I did not want to lose my data that has been stored forever.

This is a great machine for the price. I wish it had a CD/DVD player/recorder.

This PC is quiet, speed and ton of memory. We really are happy with this upgrade at the price point we got it for around $600. Overall very pleased.

This new HP desktop with an Intell advanced processor easily assumed the transfer and storage from my 13 year old HP/amd system. The complete data transfer and ready to compute result was completed with simple instructions and automatic new computer action. I was able to accomplish without any assistance despite my limited remove and install ability. New computer’s is fast and capable handling all document and file functions and responds well to all storage and current/active tasks.

MINE OLD ONE FINALLY DIED AND I NEEDED A REPLACEMENT. THIS WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND IT WAS ONE SALE, WHAT A DEAL!!! SO MUCH FASTER THAN MY OLD ONE.

This is an upgrade from a 10 year old Dell desktop. The HP is much faster and responsive. It was very easy to set up and it runs quietly.

This desktop is just what I needed. I'm not very tech savvy, so my son did my looking - he recommended this one. It does everything I need, and is faster than my old one.

I allowed some time to pass before rushing into a review. It can only be said that this gave me a good opportunity to get a thorough workout of the computer. It has pleased me with overall excellent performance with quick response and quiet operation. I like the wireless keyboard and mouse provided with this model.

I installed this computer two weeks ago. That’s important to know since I only have those weeks to speak of, and not long term ownership. It has been incredibly fast when started, rebooted and during use. It was not compatible with my 8 year old monitor, so I did need to purchase a newer monitor. Works well with my 11 year old HP printer. So far, I am very satisfied with the performance as I learn the operation of Windows 11.

I purchased this HP after having an AIO HP that took at times 20 minutes to load. I was hesitant to buy another HP. Its the best choice I made purchasing this unit. It takes all of 20 sevonds to open now. Speed is super fast like I expected my previous HP to be but never was. What makes it even better,I paid $799 and just got a adjustment of $160 because Best Buy has it on sale and they honored their policy. This is a 2025 unit. I would highly reccomend. Easy fadt set up. Light weight
