Once I was able to get it up & running it’s a good computer. It doesn’t come with any instructions & if you don’t have someone who knows about computers pay for someone to help you set it up

This is truly a great computer. With the help of the Best Buy membership, it was easy to set up and use. And boy, is this thing fast. It replaced my 10-year-old desktop with 10 years of my life on it. The data and files were recovered and I was on "Go" the minute I turned it on. Thanks Best Buy!

the computer is what i wanted it is a lot faster than my old one. the price was less than similar units at competitors. the geek squad was helpful with transferring things from my old pc... i am satisfied.

This computer works well for our needs. However, the Geek squad I terrible! Geek Squad needs to learn how to treat customers!

Very fast, plenty of storage, 16 gb ram is perfect for home computer. Able to mutitask with no issues.

After 15 years with my last machine (2.9ghz 16g ram HP workstation) it decided it didn't like Windows, so I got his one and the only gripe that I have is there is no place to put the sdd from the old one. Memory seems adequate, speed is ok, now if it lasts anything like the old one it would be 6 stars

looks good, works fast, easy to set-up, haven't had any problems, i've only had it for about 1 week

This tower is fine. I do not need to write any books on it, It did not come with all the features I was used to having on my old tower but I already have everything except the exterior CD capability.

Works fast and reliable for my home computer reasonably priced. The only downside so far is the windows office portion and plans are short and costly

-+The HP-Omni Desk Desktop is a great unit. There are some installed apps that I don't care for but I can work my way around them . Micro soft stopped doing updates for my old unit with Windows 10.

Excellent transition to the new desktop. My husband has had no issues. Thank you to the Geek Squad for an excellent setup and transfer of documents.
