We needed to purchase a new computer because our Windows 10 operating system was no longer going to be supported by Microsoft. Our experience with purchasing this item went very smoothly because our salesperson said this model would meet our needs and it was also on sale.

Very quiet desktop computer! Cannot hear any humming. Easy set up with no problem.

So far, no complaints with the new computer. It is the first HP I've owned. I got it because my previous desktop could not be upgraded to Windows 11. The "New Outlook", however, is NOT an improvement. I want the old one back.

I have had it for about a month now. Works great no problems. Everything that was promised. Does everything I needed it for and more.

For a small and inexpensive desktop from a reputable manufacturer, this is an excllent Windows 11 system. The Best Buy upgrade was smooth and everything worked when I brought it home. Highly recommend the HP/Best Buy service.

Great desktop with 16GB, 1TB, and a super fast CPU, Intel's new Ultra series. Certainly well worth the price.

Took a little while to get used to, but is working great. It is much faster than our Windows 10 the we had purchased in the past from Best Buy in Cape Girardeau.

The set upnwas super easy especially with Microsoft 365 for file transfer. It is quick and does everything I need for our small business and taxes. Especially for the price.
