Windows 11 is a little hard to get used too. I upgraded from windows Vista

This computer is very fast but also easy to navigate.

HP OMMI with Windows 11 has to be repeatedly Reset to lock in AT&T Auto Air (internet).

Defective right out of the box. Would run for 10 minutes and lock up. 2 days with HP support didnt help. Probably a hardware issue, had to return it. Fortunately Best Buy was great about refunding me. I bought the lower hp model and its been great

I had this computer for 10 days before returning it. I could barely go more than an hour without it freezing up and having to be shut down by disconnecting the power cord. Sometime it even froze up during the reboot. I don't know whether it was a hardware problem (systems diagnostics claimed that the hardware was good) or a software problem, but the new computer I'm using right now (not HP) is stable and has the exact same software loaded on it.

I've had just a hair over 3 months and just find it "okay". Continue to have problems with the video cutting out momentarily several times a day and the sound always goes out every other day it seems like. Not impressed for what it's supposed to be.

Nice computer with Windows 11. I need to get used to the new start up screen and layout and access to other features. Has good memory

I had to return it. Could not get keyboard to work. Tried 3 different keyboards and none would work.

The specs indicate a lot of potential, but I tried to two different towers and neither worked properly. Best Buy customer service went all out to help me resolve the problem. The stars are for Best Buy staff.

Very pretty paperweight. You cannot expand this unit at all and HP does not tell you that nore will HP support tell you that. They just keep transfering you to departments who act like they are clueless for 3 hours. Bought a Dell and love it soooooooo much

The specifications on Best Buy website saying this PC has two M.2 slots but has only one. Whose fault is it ? Who will take responsibility for this ?

Why was my order canceled I had it shipped to store, so that it would’ve secured and not just left outside my home. I was supposed to pick my order up today, it arrived at your location and you canceled it why ?
