    When I bought it i figured the keyboard is defective, rather than replacing the keyboard they wanted the computer turned in and I would have had to take everything on it of; so I had to buy a logic tech keyboard and mouse combo. Now it works well.

    2nd computer bought for my mother, 1st one was from Amazon and it started smoking. Careful with some of the 'tiny PCs'. They are much less expensive for a reason. I would recommend this one if I have not received any complaints from Mom.

    Computer was nice, for the brief time I had it, but not as advertised and not what I needed. Best Buy website showed this PC has two M2 slots but machine only has one (website is still wrong). Only found out after hours of set up when I attempted to install a 2 TB SSD card (that a BB helper helped me pick out because he, too, thought there was a second M2 slot). Returned to BB store where I bought the PC, but neither customer service nor the Geek Squad had any interest in finding a solution. Returned home, reset the PC, and returned it to the store for a refund. Not so much as a "sorry." Three trips = $20 in gas, plus way too many hours, and I am back where I started. Very disappointing, Best Buy!

    Overall, very good. Surprised for the price it didn't include speakers. Need to make instructions a little clearer on where to install the HMDI cable for the monitor.

    The HP-OmniDesk Destop with the 32GB DDR5 Memory with 1 TB SSD is the fastest desktop. I would highly recommend getting the 32GB over the 16 GB.
