I am so happy I purchased this laptop. I saw hundreds of reviews of other laptops, I did many comparisons and I decided on this one due to memory, price, SSD and i7 processor. I use it for work too so the numerical keypad is a plus. Keyboard is backlit. I don't use that feature much but it is nice to have. Internet and other applications open really fast. Bootup is less than 10 seconds easily. Touch screen is responsive. This was a refurbished item but there is no evidence whatsoever that it is not new. The price was great and I am glad I jumped on it. My work IT guy says I purchased a good computer at a good price. Note: I was torn between SSD and standard drive. I kept debating if the space on SSD is enough. Take it from me get the SSD. You can always use cloud or external hard drive for storage. You'd rather have a high performing laptop than worrying about space for pics and music. In short...I am thrilled with my purchase.

I am very happy with this purchase, but I must admit I expected more from this laptop while playing games. Even when I run them using the NVIDIA video card, games seem to decrease their fps for a moment when mobs are nearby. An example is Fallout 4 even using low details option and a cooling base. Another detail I noticed is that out of nowhere the computer freezes, and the only way to unfreeze it is by connecting the charger again, which is kind of weird. Everything else about this computer is perfect though.

This laptop with I-7chip, SSD drive for speed and reliability and a face recognition sign on for security plus great graphics and a touch screen is a fantastic value. I could find nothing close for the price. The unit appears new

I am in love with this laptop. It was a refurbished item. But the machine is flawless. Very fast and responsive. Loads super fast thanks to memory and 256 ssd. Opens internet and applications very fast. Graphics are excellent. Touch screen is responsive and accurate. I really found a gem. Wish I could buy another but can't find it!!!

Good screen size ease of use, but thin enough to fit easily into a briefcase.

I just bough this computer last week. i7 GEN7 with a SSD at a great price. This computer is much faster than the laptop that I replaced (hard drive failed on that one). It took a while to go through all of the system updates when I first connected it to the network which was a hassle but to be expected. The screen has a high gloss finish which gives it a sharp look at night but can produce glare in the daytime at the right sun angle. This is the second refurbished computer I've bought from BestBuy and I haven't had any problems with either. The other is an all-in-one desktop. Both look and perform like they are brand new. If you are looking for best value in a laptop you'll be hard pressed to beat this deal.
