Not that great

BestBuy has the wrong specs listed. I expected the battery to be much better on a brand new laptop, its not good. Also seems to take too long to completely start up. I think I will be returning it

Otherwise I love it! Above all reasonable price.

The device itself is extremely loud, almost as loud as my 7 yr old HP. It closes programs arbitrarily, the operating speed is terrible and the graphics card is trash. Don't waste your money.

I only use it for personal use which at this point is just getting on the internet to help my daughter with school work. But l will have to say the battery life on this laptop is probably the worst I've ever seen. My daughter is on her Chromebook for at least 4 to 5 hours straight and hers only goes down to maybe 70%. This laptop will go down to 75% within 1.5 hrs and that's that I'm only using it for about 30 minutes out of that hr and a half. I'm not a tech savvy person but I don't think that should be happening. I have a 2 yr old Chromebook that I paid less than $150 for and its battery life is triple this one! I'm really wishing I could exchange it for another one.

Don't bother

Best Buy won't take a return and neither will HP. Now I have to send it for repair and wait for it to be returned. Like others mentioned, the battery seems to drain quickly and it's not very fast. I have another HP from several years ago that is considerably faster than this one which supposedly has better specs.

Great for School

He has an easy time navigating and using this with ease. Only once did I use this and found that the keyboard felt a little compact and off-centered due to there being a 10digit number pad on the right. Full disclosure, I work for Best Buy. Would recommend this product to friends and family.
