Very disappointed in purchase and service

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picked up this computer on February 9, and today March 6, we cant turn it on. Contacted best buy and they said only had a 14 day warranty. We have Total Tech support but supposedly that doesn't cover this problem. What????
