Great laptop for the price. Excellent display, speed and very quiet. If you have vision problems, the letters on the keys are large making typing easier. This laptop takes much more memory (RAM) than what the previous comment mentioned. I installed 32 Gigabytes in mine- See attached snippet.

The laptop is never slow to load, amazing graphics, easy to move things around by the touch screen and has so much storage. I love the white color because it was easy to just add stickers to customize. Definitely recommend to people in college or for everday use.

Have been using this since 2020. Fast booting, crystal clear display on a glossy screen, no issues with the operating system until now. Everything about this laptop is good but as with any other HP laptop that I used before, this one too, started to show battery issues after a couple of years of use. I used it mostly for my online studies and later on, for the remote job. The battery does not support it anymore. So, direct power supply is required all the time now.

Love the screen and great sound capabilities too. I've used it for work, video conferencing and video games. Very Happy with this purchase

Fan sound is noticeable but not a huge problem for me, but might be an issue for anyone spending lots of time social networking, the fan sound might be picked up by the mic and heard on the other end. Also, I find the printing on the keys too light and that makes them a little hard to read. The keys are shiny silver and the printing light and the font thin; not distinctive enough for easy reading in my opinion.

I purchased this computer at the end of May, 2020. There are only minor things that are keeping me from rating this as 5-stars. Plus, it just feels fake when people rate things 5-stars. Makes it seem like they were paid to do so. I love this computer...so far, but I haven't yet begun to use it for the primary purpose for which I bought it, which is chasing a master's degree. That said, I did not experience any of the issues I saw others posting in their reviews. Touchscreen feature works great, the fan isn't as loud as is it was made to seem, the coloration of the screen was/has been perfectly fine. Again, all of this is so far. I do wish the screen had just a bit more range when opening it, I think the cursor pad is a bit too sensitive when scrolling but trying not to click things, and I thought the Ethernet port was standard size, but it's smaller. Finally, I wish there had been some type of manual included with the laptop, but you can see the digital manual once you start up the computer the first time. Other than that, I love the sound of this computer! I'm a big music fan, so that is definitely nice to have! Overall, this is a clean, fairly lightweight computer. I will see if it holds up to the things I put it through come August. I'm also putting its value at 3, because I just don't feel that laptops should be as expensive as they are...that's just me.

Upgraded from an HP laptop that was still functioning, but was 8+ years old. As hoped and expected, this new unit is sleek, fast and very user friendly. Which is why I keep buying HP. Bought a replacement for my wife’s as well and she is just as happy with her new one.

We bought this for our college-aged son. It is a very good touch screen laptop that is quick. He liked the color, thin bevel and how light it was as well.

This computer works well for both office work and gaming. The fans are a but loud but the rest of the computer is great.

The computer work great. It is very fast. Download speed is great. It also looks good. I love the number keypad which helps me enter numbers very quickly and I do not have to buy a separate keyboard. The camera is very high quality. The only thing I don't like is that the fan is a little loud.

Nice PC. Since I am just getting use to it, I like the touch screen. Since I am old school and old, this is replacing a windows 7 laptop it will take some getting use to. So far it looks GOOD

I purchased this laptop to replace a 10 year old dinosaur. The unit is fast and easy to use. Time will tell if I’ll be able to get 10 out of an HP.

very light but powerful. big screen makes it easy to perform daily tasks efficiently

I got this and soon after, fan was making strange noises every now and again. It was also like the fan never went off, even when computer was asleep. One day it just started the loud noise constantly. Almost like the fan had a broken piece. Then I got the screen of death, telling me there was a problem with fan. After calling HP tech they tried a few things to no avail, so with it being under warranty, back it went in for repair. Too early to see if any new issues since getting it back from repair. We have owned several HP computers over the years with no issues. This one you can make your own decision on.

Great laptop but the battery life is a 3 star. everything else I love about the laptop makes me overlook the battery issue.

Love this computer. It's great quality. I bought it for online school and feel like it is everything and more. Very happy with my purchase.
