I love this laptop has hard to find built in cd drive and lots of memory great for uploading my music to my iTunes to have my music library ready to put on my iPod!

Overall, this is a nice large desktop replacement laptop. It has a nice screen, keyboard feels nice, 2 USB 3.0 ports, bluetooth, and a CD/DVD drive. Coupled with an Intel I3 processor, its nice and snappy too. It only has 4 gb of RAM, but it can be expanded to 8gb if you're brave and get by HP's resistance to user service. There are 2 slots. I would recommend this computer to anyone looking for a nice big laptop that pretty much has all a basic consumer could want.

I recently purchased this laptop on sale to replace my ancient Compaq Presario 2100 that was over 10 years old. I must say this new HP is superb. Great storage space (1TB) and quick enough to fit my needs. The new Windows 10 takes some getting used to compare to the old XP professional, however, I like it. If you're looking for a new laptop to check emails, download pictures, or music, then this would be a great fit for the low price. No problems whatsoever. HP has always been a great computer and you can't go wrong.

I bought this laptop to replace my toshiba of 5 years. The $349 price and 17.3" screen are what attracted me but the but the i3 is what sold me. Runs smoothly with Windows 10. The 1TB hard drive is a bonus. Would be nice if it came with 6GB of ram instead of 4GB but it can be optimized to off-set the difference.

This laptop is exactly what I wanted to fulfill my needs. The ease of use was what I wanted. It is a little heavy when carrying it around but I do love the large screen. It was very easy to set up and begin using. I gave it 4 stars due to the weight not use. I would give 5 stars for how easy to use.

Like the big 17" screen. It's fast, and windows 10 similar to windows 7 which I had on my old laptop. Tried using the Microsoft edge browser, but without any ad blocker available, was frustrating and slow. So I'm using Google chrome browser and able to use ad blocker plus. Works great.

Am very pleased with this laptop, has a ton of storage and great features and comes with Windows 10, has a large HD screen, have had no problems at all . Only suggestion is to buy a wireless mouse as the built in mouse pad is a bit touchy.

I love the silver! :) Great computer for doing basic things like surfing the web, taking online courses, and running a small business. Isn't the best for gaming but it still runs them. The video on screen looks better than my last HP laptop I got a few years ago for around the same price :) Quiet and speedy. 1TB hard drive space is great! The Windows 10 is great also. I like it better than 7 and 8. For the price it's a great laptop

I already had the same model of computer. I really like the spreed and memory of this computer. In addition, I also like the wide screen. A very good buy.

I bought this laptop about a month ago. So far no problems. The speakers are ok not that great. Has plenty of memory for windows 10 and is reasonably fast. I need a big screen since I don't have my desktop with me and I live away from home 5 days out of the week.

I bought this "laptop" because I was looking for a computer that had a nice big screen but didn't take up too much room on my desk and this one fit the bill! I carry an Apple MacBook Air around with me when I travel but this HP is to use at home. The screen is awesome with terrific color and the touchpad works much like the one on my Apple. I am completely satisfied with it and feel it was an excellent value for what I got. I highly recommend it for a desktop not as a laptop you travel with.

Good laptop, the memory can be upgraded to 16GBs. With a SSD it works great. Upgrading the memory and hard drive is not easy because the bottom panel needs to be snapped off carefully or you can easily break something.

So far it is meeting my needs. It is much faster than my old laptop. I did have to buy a new printer as the old HP printer would not work (required a 2 USP and the computer has a 3). Otherwise it is working out well.

There is an error that keeps popping up at startup about the AccelerometerST.exe not starting properly but does not seem to affect the performance.I bought this laptop to use in my office. Also needed to be able to take to back deck during nice days. The laptop is big and heavy. I would not have bought this one if I planned to use on frequent travel trips. The screen is large enough and bright enough for me to work on standard programs including e-mail, Microsoft office products and Quicken. This is a no frills laptop with average speed that will get all of your basic tasks done.

Had to replace my old laptop, it crashed. Was a little uncertain about Windows 10. However, after getting everything set up, I find that Windows 10 is easy to navigate. The laptop screen is a great size & is crystal clear. Very happy with my new purchase!

the screen is very clear and the size is perfect for me. the key board is easy to use with big pads since I am older. the wifi is not great, as I can not move it too far from the router, and that is my only complaint. other than that it has been doing me good for years now.

I first saw this laptop in bestbuy one Saturday while buying a new printer. The 17.3" display and silver coloring made it stand out. I was contemplating whether to buy it right then and there after checking it out, but with it having only 4 gb of memory, I passed on it. Then it went on sale the very next day and I couldn't pass it up at that price ($349.99). Setup was quick and easy. It quickly connected to my WiFi and the new printer. The speed is pretty good. It's not too thick in size and also not heavy at all. The only real complaint that I have is that the number lock is not automatically on. I have to hit the number lock when first before I can type any numbers. It's not too big of a deal. Other than that I love this laptop. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

This inexpensive laptop is perfect for surfing the web, playing games, photo and video viewing, and more. I love the large screen. Very light considering the size of screen. I've made great photo slide shows. I keep all my files- plenty of storage. Great keyboard with a number keypad.

Love my new laptop. Easy to use and the screen is large. Had to buy a new laptop bag but it was well worth it. Very good product for the price.
