It has a nice large screen. Easy to use. Good colors. Not to heavy. Do not like to new operating system, however that's what we're stuck with.

I was looking for a Hewlett Packard (HP) laptop and found this Pavilion 17.3 Laptop with Intel Core i3 and 6 GB Memory with a 1TB Hard Drive. It was just what I was looking for and under $500. All was as advertised and it performs as I was expecting it to. I have had it for about 1 month and all is working good. The only disappointment was it came with Windows 10.

I've always gone with HP for my laptops and will continue to. The 1TB of hard drive space is phenomenal. The screen is the perfect size for personal picture reviews and steaming movies and the numeric keypad on the keyboard is an added bonus.

I picked this up as a Christmas gift for my wife it was a great deal. I have been in I.T for over 17 years and have a degree in information technology and more certification's than I can remember including MCSE, CCNA,A+,Security +, and many more. If you are looking for a solid system that's not to pricy for someone who's a casual user then this system fit's the bill!

We purchased this for our high school student. He is thrilled with it. He uses it for school projects and casual gaming. The case is a bit on the thinner side but that seems pretty normal at this price point.

My pryor p.c. was a dell. it had more everything with the exception the screen was smaller. More memory, was faster. However it was $150. more three years ago. today it is almost 2X the money. It was corrupted buy some virus, and the people that were suppose to fix it scammed me. From now on I will most likely stay with your GEEKSQUAD, because they are here. And there would be something I could do about it. But there is nothing wrong with this P.C. It is fast enough and has enough memory for me. I have no complaints as of yet! I am satisfied with my purchase.

Easy to setup, speed, and love the big screen. Is meeting all my needs.

My husband bought me this laptop for Christmas. As a new teacher with a new home, it feels so wonderful to be able to work from the comfort of my bedroom on schoolwork. The versatility of a laptop provides just that. I can work anywhere I need to and this laptop helps me to stay organized. I am grateful for its size, great keys and its screen size. I wish I could have had this laptop during college!

Needed laptop for wife. Sha said I couldn't buy any more toys until she had her laptop. My all in one went down because of a bad Microsoft download. So I went two for one. Got the laptop for the wife and a backup for me. The laptop works great. Lots of memory. Quick easy control and learning how to operate. Added a mouse for home work. Don't care for the little slide panel. It comes complete with security and all operating systems with it.

I bought this labtop for my parents before i left for college. In terms of there computer use it is very basic; web-surfing, email, movies and pictures are there main focus. This computer at the time was at a great price for a big screen laptop. The i3 processor had plenty enough power needed for there daily use. They've had the computer for over a month now and they seem to have no issue with it. So as of now they are happy users!

The HP is a household standard for us. This would be the 4th HP we purchased. This was for my daughter to use for college and for blogging. The HP has just the right amount of storage and with the Intel core processor the speed necessary for games and movies.

This laptop replaced a horrible Lenovo. On the HP, the set up was super easy, and the processor is fast (Intel i3). I would stay away from AMD processors, which is what the Lenovo had and HP also has some. Stick with an Intel processor and you'll be much more satisfied. The screen is a nice size and the graphics are amazing!

The screen size was the selling point for me. Other key features are the speakers and massive storage. A nice desktop replacement. I get about 4 1/2 hours of battery life. I would buy it again..

Love HP products, knew I wanted to stick with same when replacing my laptop. Still getting used to windows 10, but not too bad, love the larger screen, fast startup, long life on battery charge, love side number key pad! Overall, very happy so far, two months into it....

I'll start by saying, I have been an IT consultant for the last 20 years. So when it comes to purchasing electronics, computers, servers etc, I'm the guy everyone in my family calls. So I know a good deal when I see it. On paper, this laptop had everything I needed and more. Not to mention the price was very reasonable. After a few weeks I absolutely love it. Highly recommend it.

She loves the bigger display. It is speedy enough and after getting the extra utilities for her work loaded, it does everything she needs. Only negative, battery only gives 70-80% of advertised runtime, but it still improved over the old one's battery life.

I got this laptop for Christmas - the laptop itself is good for daily use - I can't say the same for microsoft edge - don't use that for a browser - go with google chrome - firefox gave me issues on this laptop but could be my internet itself.

We bought the HP Pavillion for our daughter, who is 11, for both school and play. So far, it's been easy for her to use and understand, and it has plenty of memory and speed, so it should last her through at least high school.
