Needed a computer for the High Schooler for his homework and research. It's worked out well with the package we purchased. This makes the 3rd computer from Best Buy, the other 2 were Macs. Good deals there.

I brought this after I had already purchased a laptop. this was a much better deal. When I went to pay, I found out there was an additional 100 dollars off. Great price for the computer.

I prefer the large screen also the i3 processed has greater speed for working overall I am satisfied died with the computer that I purchased.

Looking for a replacement laptop for us to use for emails, pictures and movies. Love the large screen for viewing and clarity is excellent. Speed as very good and have had no issues with processing power. Only issue to date is with battery not charging sometimes. Remove and replace the battery and the charging works fine. Not sure what is up but it has not happened too often to be a problem.

I am really enjoying this laptop; the only problem has been the charger. It is often difficult to get it to begin charging, and it gets extremely hot at times.

I don't know a lot about computers but this one was easy to set up. I am enjoying it with my grandchildren..

HP laptop performs reliably as expected. i have several HP products and found them to be reliable and perform well over a long period of time.

HP is generally my computer of choice. From memory to sound this computer works as good as any higher prices computer. Great for school use.

As expected, border line laptop-desktop replacement. Very nice for what I use it for, but Big Data will make it show it's weakness.
