    I bought my HP and the first one froze up after 10 minuets, so the best buy team swapped it out. The second one had battery issues, the good people at best buy swapped it out too, and so far so good with the third one. It does what I need it to very well, but I have no confidence with HP products because of the problem with the first and second one.

    When I bought this laptop I mentioned needed to do word documents. The salesman did not say that it did not include this or offer the Office package. It is difficult to set up. I have had to call the Geek squad at least 3 times for support just to get it working as it should.

    Nice computer but there are some things I don't like about it. The CD holder pops open occassionally, for no reason. It it slower than what I wanted....I thought I was buying a laptop that was fast, as was told so by guy who helped me. He also didn't know it had CD drive and he told me to buy an adapter. I bought one and then returned it.

    Within 10 days of owning product the Windows 10 would not open. After being on phone with HP for 11/2 hours computer had to be reset. Windows 10 went down again within 2 hours. The next day I spent another 11/2 hours on the phone with HP. Now I have to return to HP so they can try to fix it.
