It has a big screen, the color is the best I have ever had on a laptop.

Getting adjusted to laptop and Windows 10. Challenging electronic coming rom a desktop to laptop.

After 7 years my HP laptop finally gave out. But it was an awesome purchase to begin with since I purchased it from Best Buy and it gave me 7 years of basically trouble free service. What more could one ask for. That is the reason I continue to go back to purchase from Best Buy not to mention the awesome service from their Geek Squad team.

Great computer. Runs quick and efficiently. Only issue I have had is not the Computer itself but with Windows 10 being compatible with some of my old programs. Blame Microsoft for those issues.

HP products are of high quality and dependability the white screen is excellent and gives a panoramic view lots of storage space allows versatility

I love the laptop, it does everything I want to do on it. Great hd pictures, great sound. It stays cool even when on it for long periods of time.

This lap top would not stay connected to the internet. Kept dropping connection. I returned this item after 4 attempts by Best Buy to correct.

Harry was great and patient as I asked all my questions. I came in for one computer but after talking with Harry, I left with a better one

great computer for price the only thing is the pinch on the keyboard but think that is part of windows 10 you can go into the system and turn this off .its a great picture and large screen , purchased this product for my business us and for the price I feel as if it was a very good buy. I purchased it from BestBuy, Harbison store in Columbia SC. in late December 2015

I came across this computer and was a bit doubtful of this product. Seemed to good to be true! As a College student this end up being an amazing buy! HP pavalion really out did themselves on this one. 17.3 screen with Intel core 5th gen i3, and with a load of space to save photos, videos Etc...this surpasses your avarage laptop. Especially for the price!!!

HP makes an excellent computer. I only have two issues with this computer it doesn't have a back lite keyboard , and MaCafee . I use my on anti-virus programs.It takes a good bit of work to uninstall MaCafee, it tries to control everything even your windows firewall.After I got that off of my computer, it has been great, Well worth the price.

I needed to replace my 8 year old HP laptop. After weeks of research, I narrowed it down between this laptop and a different HP laptop with a touchscreen. My final decision was this laptop, namely because of the larger screen and Intel processor. I have no complaints with this laptop. It is fast for what I use a laptop for, always stays connected to my WiFi and doesn't feel cheap like other laptops in this price range. The screen size is a bonus as is the clarity. Windows 10 is very easy (I didn't create a Microsoft account for the App Store or turn on Cortana - both features I don't plan on using). No regrets with this purchase so far - I just hope it lasts as long as my other HP did.

Very satisfied with my purchase. My previous laptop, which was an ACER was over 10yrs old. I was definitely due for a new one. The Windows 10 seems pretty easy to use. I love the Cortana feature.

This laptop is the perfect size for a college student like myself. It's very lightweight and very sleek. The keys are nice and easy to use. The only issue is that the battery doesn't last very long. I constantly have to plug it in.

I haven't purchased a laptop in over six years. I was using a laptop with Windows 7. I was really worried about Windows 10. It is easy. This laptop is everything I wanted. Super fast! The setup was easy. When I contacted the GeekSquad they were helpful.
