Great computer for the price. I love it's sizes and speed

I have never been dissatisfied when buying a product from Best Buy. I was skeptical when I read the reviews on this laptop but, I'm glad I made this purchase. I really wanted the i5 processor and it was the best deal online and in the stores. Love the features and screen size.

This is laptop has nice big screen with good enough resolution for crisp image. it's not portable but also not that heavy as 17 inch. Has all the necessary ports and functionality for home entertainment. Good WIFI and ok speed/ space HDD make it good for movie streaming and light gaming. I tried LOL with medium quality and it worked just fine.For the sale price ($350 or less if you buy excellent open box) it is very good deal.

I originally wanted the 6gb memory with 2.2 ghz speed. But accidentally purchased this some for my bf. Even though it wasn't what I wanted. He still loves it but like 6gb memory when downloading sometimes you have to delete the download and redownload in order for that to work but other than that awesome.

This laptop is fast with big 17" screen. Can't beat the price.

I was going for the ASUS of same build range but the price on this was a steal. It performs as expected. I'm using this laptop for some business classes I'm taking. It has a hundred times more functionality than the ancient desktop it replaced. No problems setting it up and running. I have had it for a few months now and no problems at all.

I was looking for a inexpensive laptop but with a 17.3" monitor and this fit the budget. So far is it has been a great computer for my wife.

Bought this for my parent's that mainly surf the web. They love it. Plenty of storage and quick enough for their needs. Killer deal.

Overall I am very pleased with the product. The scanner is a bit slower than what I would like but for the price I paid, I think it is a very good unit for a home office. It is hard to find affordable printer/copier/scanners with 11x17 capabilities.

Ordered this laptop because It was time to replace my other HP laptop. Was hesitant because the memory is less than my older model, but I took a chance. So far, the speed works for me. Love the bigger screen and the weight of the laptop isn't too heavy. My only compliant: I keep hitting the left side where the CD drive is and it keeps popping open. Have to be more careful, but it's quite annoying. I'm pretty sure I'll eventually have to upgrade the memory, but I'll wait until it starts slowing down.

If you need a basic laptop and don't care about size this machine is for you. It's cheap but comes with a fast CPU good sized hard drive and a big screen. I use min like a desktop. Works great!

so far this computer has been fast surfing through the internet. The only thing I do not like about this computer is that windows 10 does not allow you load any road runner email access. I have not researched this totally yet, but first tries to set up my email have not been successful.

I thought I purchased a HP - Pavilion 17.3 Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 6GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive - Silver. Had asked for an 8 gig but didn't have one. Now I see it has only 4GB memory and the sign said 6GB memory. Very disappointing. Not to mention that Win 10 eats up my data like crazy. Had to google the data issues and turn things off. Your staff should have known about these issues. It would have been a deciding factor in my purchase. But over all I like it.

This computer is great if you want a larger screen and a basic model computer. I think part of the reason I only gave it three stars is I was looking for a touch screen but they were sold out and I dislike WIndows 10.

I bought one of these on sale about a year ago. I had been eyeing it for a while and when it went on sale, I jumped on it. I was not disappointed. Then another laptop died on me, an old Vista one. I saw this on sale and again, jumped on it. It has Windows 10 instead of 8.1 but still works great. If you need a large screen laptop this is it. I only do casual games, so I don't know how it would perform with action games.

Got this laptop for my wife for Xmas. My decision was initially influenced by the great price. But now that she has set it up, she absolutely loves it. Super fast and easy to set up and use. Although it's relatively big, it's very light.
