Great computer for the home

It was shipped to the house in excellent condition. I set it up, did the free upgrade to Windows 10, loaded his applications (Family Tree Maker and MS Works) and spent about a half hour showing it to him. He spends a lot of time on e-mail and genealogy research. He hasn't called me once with a problem. 5 stars.

Good laptop

But has some issues with upgraded Win 10. Sometimes, not responding on the dropdown menu in open folder and kind of slow on opening Microsoft Office products. Keys are a little bit flat, but sensitive. Overall good product in quality vs price perspective.

Cant upgrade the Ram
