I bought two, an HP and this. I’m not sure why Best Buy shipped two faulty products to me; that is just unacceptable. This laptop hasn't worked either since I got it. The young lady said I needed to buy and have them reinstall a chip in a laptop that had never been used.

(Only regret was the sale model had only a 256GB SSD, wanted 512 - but the sale price was too good to pass up.)
