This is an excellent all in one, it’s quick and responsive and it was the perfect gift for mom who loves crafting.

Best investment so far being able to work on your computer and charge your cell phone ( wireless) yesssssssss.

I like it a lot, so much faster than my old one. The tech who installed it was very good, very knowledgeable.

Overall the computer works well. It is fast, the screen is great, and most importantly it is quiet. Other AIOs I have used have loud noisy fans. Not this one, it's very quiet. However, the computer has ONE MAJOR FLAW. The keyboard that comes with it is pure garbage. It has no function keys (i.e. F1, F2, etc.). Instead it has "active keys" such as volume up / down, etc. Anyone who uses Windows and especially works in Microsoft Office knows how critical the function keys are to productivity. HP Support was useless. I called them, chatted with them, emailed them, and the answer was that this setting could not be changed. Changing the "active keys" to "function keys" was technically impossible. You have to hold down a "fn" key every time to use them, which is ridiculous. Imagine working in Excel, and you try to get into a cell's formula, but instead the computer goes to sleep, because you didn't do an extemporaneous key combination. The solution is simple, plug-in a different keyboard. This is not a big deal, but you lose the sleekness of the wireless keyboard. And you paid for a computer with a functioning keyboard (pun intended).

Best all in one hands done! Definitely recommend buying if your are looking into buying an all in one.

Usually not a huge HP fan but this PC really was simple to set up and is great for basic needs .

Its an HP for the budget its not bad but compare it to a MAC.

runs quickly and can handle all of my programs with no problems. Only problem I have encountered is with the sound system. It has only one connection so have been unable to connect my 5 speaker system. Still looking for an adapter.

I needed a all-in-one PC for my mom. This is a great pc for her. It is fast booting and runs very quiet. The built in speakers are good and there is a USB port on the side for easy access. I wish the screen was a little larger.

Very easy to set up. They want you to purchase the Geek Squad to do that but you do not need to!
