Great product. Easy to use. Well designed and great quality

Everything about this computer is amazing! I give it 4 stars because the instructions for connecting the wireless keyboard and mouse is not clear. I have not been able to connect it to the computer. I think maybe the batteries that it came with were defective? The keyboard does not turn on. I have yet to try new batteries. Luckily, I had an older keyboard and mouse from my previous computer to use. For me the wireless charging on the base was a plus! I love how my desk looks less clustered with only one power cable needed.

I absolutely love this thing! I’ve been an HP user for years now, my last one was an all in one but was so slow and really tried my patience. I was originally going to get a MAC but the sales guy took me to this. Couldn’t be happier! I’ve had it almost a year and it STILL runs smooth and like it is brand new!

this is a perfect save saving computer for day to day browsing and typing. this is suitable for teens/college students that have an actual desk to work in. speakers are great and sound quality is fantastic. the reason why this review is not 5 star because the computer is not compatible with any stylus/pen, and the printer button on the keyboard is just placed horribly. every couple minutes you’re bound to hit it. if it can be disabled, i would (have not tried). overall, this computer is nice and it’s worth purchasing for some school work or internet browsing.

Good product, easy to use, clear screen, user-friendly

I knew I was going to purchase this when I saw the display. I love the touchscreen feature! It’s not big and bulky , which leaves plenty of room on my desk for other equipment. I’m very pleased with my purchase! My favorite feature has to be the facial recognition.

Good solid AiO to pair with my laptop. Like i5 chip responsiveness combined with SSD. would prefer at least one more C-type USB, but appreciate legacy ports.

Going from Windows 7 was a worry to me, but the transfer to this new machine has been easier than I feared. This computer has performed perfectly. My old information was transrfered very well. I spend more time using this computer more that my old one. In short, IO am delighted with this purchase.

Great computer! I’m so happy with it! The screen is a nice large size, and the images are very sharp. The computer is built in, so no cables to trip over, and no computer to put on the floor. The keyboard and mouse are wireless, which and both have a nice feel. I highly recommend this.

I actually over all love it except less than 2 weeks of getting this it crashed. I haven’t uploaded anything to the computer. Literally just went on Canva and Shopify website. I returned it and got the other go touch screen with a different processor which was actually my first choice but it wasn’t available in store so I went with this one. The processor on this particular model is faster so I WILL BE PURCHASING this computer again. I’m pretty screen it was a malfunction so I’m definitely not holding it against this model because I’m buying it again.

The service was so helpful. We aren't very computer saavy and weren't sure of what we needed for a simple computer. Angel Simpson was friendly and listened to our comments. She recommended the perfect computer and we are very pleased with both her service and that of the Geek Squad.
