LOVE LOVE this computer. I'm a crafter and the 27" incredibly detailed screen allows me to open my design software AND any tutorial I might need...at the same time. The only thing I am sorry about...is the fact that I didn't but it sooner.

Didn’t think of looking at the specifications because I owned pretty much the same one, was pretty upset finding out it didn’t have a SD CARD reader or a CD drive, and the wireless charger on the base DOES NOT WORK!!! For the price I paid I could of got waaayyy more for my money

Provides performance exactly as anticipated. All-in-one configuration frees desk space, large 27” monitor sharp and clear. Fast file downloading and responsive to all inputs. Completely satisfies my business and personal needs. Finding I use about 80% keyboard, 20% touchscreen so far.

Considering my old computer was about 10 years old and bluntly told me it was unwilling and incapable of upgrading to Windows 11, my new computer feels like a Lamborghini. It’s beautiful and I love having an all-in-one PC.

Geek Squad setup my HP Pavilion All-In-One Desktop and successfully migrated files from my old all-in-one desktop and an external drive totaling about 500 MBs. Very happy!

we had a 23" desktop and decided to go with the 27", it is beautiful. It was 5yrs since our last purchase and Mary helped us on our choice.

waste of money, stop slowing down everyday and right 15 day after warranty expired completely went off it does even turn on now. i called them warranty is expired they can do nothing.

The computer is fine, good screen, it effectively and quickly browses and upload, wireless keyboard, like the phone charging capabilities that came with the hp Pavilion 27"

I purchased this computer 11/04/2022. I bought the Totaltech package for installation. After 2 cancelled appointments by Best Buy and one no show and two months of waiting I hired a local technician from West Texas IT Consulting to do my installation and migration of data. I should have done that in the first place. Just wasted my money on tech support from Best Buy. I do like the computer, but the tech support overrides it so results are negative.

Very nice computer. The screen is a very good size. The all-in-one is the way to go. The keyboard and the mouse that came with it are also nice.

Its a nice computer, only issue was I bought it 2 weeks before black Friday, they said they would price match if it went on sale and when it did, $320 less they would refund the difference.

Our family is thrilled with the quality of this computer. It’s working well for three high school and college students. The size of the monitor is impressive —it’s much larger than expected.

Love this all in one computer. The only thing I didn't know was I needed a card reader to go with it. Bought one and all is good

worst mouse ever! The computer is great. Don't know why it shows in control panel that you are backing up windows 7. The gadgets are nothing like windows 7. not even close. Windows 11 needs some work.
