    I have spend hours on desktop support and with your Geek Squad people trying to get the notice off the screen that says Windows not Activated. I am now told by my IT group to just purchase a new one because nobody can fix it and I fear eventually Windows will stop working. Ugh! I love the computer, but this has been a disaster purchase simply because of the Windows Activation alert.

    I am a 100% HP desktop fan but this is the second new desktop in 4 months to just die... It is a huge inconvenience to our business to reload all software and data and having to have gone through this twice and now this one is dead, I am in shock. HP usually is better than this.

    This desktop eliminates many of the connecting cords that can clutter the work area. The screen is crisp and with dark contrast.

    Brand new and audio is not working correctly! Had to troubleshoot and finally turn off the microphone. Still continues to not work every time I click on a videos link.

    I brought this computer in November 2022. Stopped working and I have called the customer service and they are saying that there is no warranty. STOPPED WORKING IN 18 months… and they are asking $491.00 for the repair. Not recommended at all. Customer service is really poor. Never buy this product. Recommend to buy Apple products.
