I had an older Dell all in one before this for 8 years that was still running the i3 chip so after many years it was very slow and unusable so I decided it was time for an upgrade. Bought this because I thought i7 was supposed to be top tier but I have had many issues with it such as the speakers being mediocre, the stand wobbles too much with even moving the desk a bit where you set it on AND the most annoying part of all is that I am not sure whether it is normal for a faster chip like the i7 or not but the operating fans are just WAY too loud. I am watching a Youtube video and I could hear the fans louder than the audio at times.

The purchase was good, but the Geek Squad lost all of our business and person files which is catastrophic for a business

Very disappointed in display quality. Hard on my eyes and inferior in quality to my previous hp from 2014. Images presented are grainy as if viewing through a screen. Videos are blurry not crisp, Wish I had never purchased this inferior product. Total waste of $1,300.00

VERY VERY disturbing and disappointing. I purchased this desktop new and ONLY 2 days later, it runs VERY VERY slow!!! I’m returning it back for a refund!

So far this is a great all in one computer. Very fast and responsive. I'm taking off 1 star because at this price point, the display should be 4K, the camera quality is very poor (don't forget to remove the blue protective sticker) and the speakers are really bad. I highly recommend you use an external set or use headphones. I also saw quite a few people saying the wireless charging isn't working. It does not come activated out of the box for some reason. You have to press the OSD button on the back of the computer above the power button. Once you do, it will open a menu and you can go to power and select wireless charging and turn it on. You can also make other changes in that menu. I'm not sure why this is turned off and not sure why you have to use a button on the back and not have it listed in the settings.

Its ok not great. The graphics does not seem to be as well as with other models.

Keyboard stopped working already, period no longer works, phone charger no longer works.

The phone charger station does not work, the computer is okay

I work from home and this pc has been a smooth and happy experience. Always fast and without any crashes. I have several programs running at the same time. It handles everything without an issue 5 stars!

Keyboard and Mouse did not work, they could not fix it

I had problems the first day that couldn’t be resolved I turned the item

got this yesterday & it turned off out of nowhere.

I love love my purchase. With my old computer everything I update I had to automatically update my internet phone line. With my new computer it does it automatically. I also like that I can just push the camera down instead of taping a piece of paper over the camera.
