So far, this HP All-In-One is meeting all expectations. Runs great and quick with 24mps wifi. Have learned that with this big a monitor, a touch screen is not really necessary, especially with wireless mouse and keyboard. And, given the size, I can sit back at a distance, and thus, I would need to stretch to reach it with a finger! And, I would hate to get finger prints all over this sharp, bright screen. Only warning, in a quiet room, you can here the noise of a motor running. Not too distracting, but in a quiet room, it's nice to have quiet.

No problem setting it up. Seems to work fine. I don't know why though they put in a cheap compact keyboard and mouse. Ports are not convenient.

I absolutely love this computer! The monitor a the perfect size for video editing and so much more.

Large screen where I can see comfortably and user friendly

When we got our computer home, it was so easy to set up. We were all set up within 15 min and enjoying our computer. Have been thinking of a new computer for a while and started to look at all in ones. So happy we went with this one. I love it!

Once I got it set up properly it was fine. I have a volume license for Office Professional 2016, and the computer comes with Office 365. I uninstalled 365, but when I installed the 2016 version, it kept opening 365 still. I called tech support, and they wanted to charge me $179 to fix it. I bought 10 computers (for work) and they all had the same issue. I refused to pay for them to remove a program that I didn't want and don't need, and didn't ask for. So I had to reinstall windows, which took a lot of time, you would think with all the computers I bought, they would have helped me out with this.

The salesperson was a huge help, and very patient. I was amazed how easy it was to set up my new computer.

This item will be very helpful for my work! I have been looking around and found the best item for the best price at Best Buy! The sales people are always very helpful and informative. When I need office equipment for work, I always go to Best Buy. Next time I need something for my office, I will make Best Buy my first stop and most likely buy from there again!

I bought this computer as my old system's hard drive went belly up. And what an upgrade! It's very fast. It has a big, beautiful display which is a touch screen (but can be used as just a traditional screen if one chooses) and - one of the best parts for me - it has both a wireless keyboard and wireless mouse. No more tangled wires everywhere. This really does save space. This unit comes with a DVD drive located on the side of the monitor. I can't comment on the mouse and keyboard that came with this system as I have switched it out with a Logitech K800 illuminated wireless keyboard and Logitech optical mouse, but if it is like the rest of this computer, I'm sure they're much more than adequate. As an aside, if you are just learning Windows 10, the Search box feature is a huge help! Even more helpful is Microsoft's answer to Alexa, Cortana, which is basically a built-in assistant which will basically do any command you ask of it. (Both the search function and Cortana have made my upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 much less painful.) With 12 MB of RAM and a 1 TB hard drive, there is more than enough space and speed for music, pictures, and any videos you may have. The number of USB ports can be better, but besides the usual USB 2.0 and 3.0 in back (the only drawback to this unit, having the ports on back of the monitor), of which there are 3, there is a USB-C port on the front at the bottom.which makes doing charging or transferring files a lot easier. Especially since, as I had read, a device using USB-C does not have to be plugged in a certain side as with traditional USB ports. And it has a great amount of speed. I find this incredibly quiet, much quieter than my old Dell tower. So, with the exception of inconvenient port placement, this is one All-In-One computer that seems to have it all. I'm very pleased I went for this!
