Received the computer with a non-functioning keyboard (the letter P does not work). I was told over a support chat with Best Buy that it wasn't a problem that I could take the keyboard to my local Best Buy store and they can swap it out. I took that advice and went ahead with a spare keyboard and put the computer into service. Unfortuanately when I went to the store they told me that the chat agent was incorrect and that they can not swap out the keyboard. I would have to bring back the entire computer for a return. Sadly since the computer is already imaged and in service, it won't be worth it to decommission and return to Best Buy and start the process all over again. I just called the Best Buy support number, and they repeated that the only option is to return the entire PC, and that the original chat support agent was incorrect. I understand that policy, but unfortuantely at the advice of the original support agent, we proceeded past the point that returning the entire PC would be a viable option. I most likely won't make another computer purchase from Best Buy as a result of the incorrect/mismatched support and inability to find any flexibility for a solution to make up for an error on their end.

Pleased with the computer but more pleased with Geek Squad for helping me out and giving me valuable information and their help!

Salesman was helpful no nonsense kind of guy. We what we wanted shared that information to him and took us to straight to the best pc he had on the floor.

The HP Pavilion Desktop is perfect for the needs of my family.

I love my new computer equipment and plan to enjoy it even more during my retirement coming up soon. The sales and service at Best Buy Nashville West was the best!! I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks so much!

Was expecting it to have an optical drive, even the Best Buy associates and Geek Staff thought it would too? Still learning the Windows 11 format and getting accustom to the device. Overall I think it is going to be very good for my needs.

The Geek Squad transferred the data from my older PC to this one and it is working well. I am so grateful for Best Buy and the Geek Squad! Thanks for being there and doing what you do.

Love this tower. sorry it does not have a disc player, but that is a very small not expensive inconvenience. I have three of these exact models now having tried and tested the first a few months ago.

Very satisfied with my choice. The help of the sales associate and the help of the Geek Squad was a plus. Very professional all the way around with both.

This is my first computer that I buy, and I have to say that Im happy with the product. Im able to run and play games that dont required a very high processor. I recommend this if you want something while you are at High School or College.

I just needed a new PC that could replace my old laptop. I no longer have need for a laptop and wanted a PC that didn't take up a lot of room and ran the programs I needed. I didn't have a need for a gaming PC.

A computer with oodles of programs, options, etc. Am a non-techy senior so am having to learn a lot about it. I know I have geeks I can call when I need help, thank goodness. C>W<

Solid computer at a decent price. Great as a work station or school computer.

Arrived in good shape and on time. Would like to have had more area for upgrades as I have several SATA hard drives from a system fried by lightening. Has good start up times and fast file retrieval times. Would recommend for a student or someone who primarily uses for internet browsing.
