It's much better than the laptop that I had before

Slower than my old computer that has more features.

It’s a decent machine for the price, but the video connections are limited.

Not as fast as I think it should, didnt offer anything else.

I needed to replace an all in one HP computer which was having issues. I looked at similar all in one units, but decided to go with this desktop . Installation was a breeze. I love the capablity of the SSD and the Processor.

The windows files didn't copy properly. Best buy said they couldn't do anything about it. Wish I never bought this.

Worked OK initially until processor went bad less than one month after I purchased it. Geek Squad recommended I replace it since it was still within the return period. I was advised to replace it with a PC that used an Intel processor. Best Buy was excellent about replacing it.

Had to return. It kept sending everything to the cloud and then wouldn’t let me retrieve it.

Complete garbage. This is the slowest clunker ever. I attempted to upgrade and now stuck with this dinger. It's horrible. Constantly freezes and internet quality is like dialup. Just a terrible modum.

Bought geek squad extra protection also, missing storage before it got to my house and person also tried to charge me full again for what I purchased and missing parts that weren’t even there

No power cord. I drove 100 miles to the nearest Best Buy store to exchange this computer because of the integrity and my trust in the product. Box included a note showing a problem also. I just want to exchange.

Had to replace my outdated Dell and decided on this HP tower from BestBuy---glad I did with all the updated software with greater memory capacity has proved to be a real bargain.

Not the best for heavy gaming, but you get what you pay for at Best Buy.

Overall, this computer does as expected, but comes with no frills. I wish it had more RAM. I paid a little more because I use this daily for my business, and let's not forget paying bills. It does not offer a disk drive, which my last Envy had.

Junk, looks cheap, feels cheap and does not handle dual monitors like advertised. HP will charge you for tech support. Run!

Completely in poor condition. It was open box but it said it was in perfect condition, it also came with a horrible mouse and an old keyboard. It was strange to me because that had never happened to us. Best Buy always offers us excelent product.

I like the larger screen that came with the bundle I bought. I also have the old monitor hooked up. I like being able to drag the document folder to the smaller screen and view individual documents on the larger monitor.

Didn't realize this did not have a dvd rw until I had already loaded all my files and settings. My bad. In the process about trying to get Best Buy support on the phone, I have been hung up on twice, thus the poor rating. When I reached a person, he was telling me they sold a dvd rw that would fit inside the tower, but it had a usb connection so it would need to be plugged in OUTSIDE the tower. I realize they don't put the things in most newer computers, but I want one.

Returned a great PC because the online and contract service techs couldn't get the DVD to work. Purchased an HP Envy PC that is fabulous.

Worked for a few months then died. I had done nothing extraordinary, just email and the like.
