I'm very satisfied with the HP computer. But I thought it came with a monitor. I do have the keyboard and mouse that came with it. When the salesperson said it was the complete desktop I expected a monitor also.

Upgraded ram to 32gigs and its alot faster. Shows good pictures on monitors. Drops wifi from time to time and haven't figured out why but just went to ethernet from my velop node and internet stays connected now.

My daughter's computer did not make it after Hurricane Laura. I purchased this one to replace it after Geek Squad diagnosed the motherboard problem. They were able to transfer her data to the new computer.

My service was great. The young was very knowledgeable of the products I was looking for. He recommended all of the best of his and my knowledge of the computer i was looking for. Michael was excellent at his job.

Disappointed. I asked the Best Buy employee how to load CD/DVDs in the vertical drive, he said there was a catch to keep it loaded when the drive closes. Brought it home to find THERE IS NO CD/DVD DRIVE, it's just a hunk of plastic filler, you can not even install a drive in this unit! Lots of USB ports in the front, but not enough in the rear, so had to purchase a hub to plug-in all the permanently installed items. (Why didn't HP add two more USB rear hubs when they removed the keyboard and mouse ports?!)

Very misleading product. I bought the desktop specifically to play games and even though the desktop looks like it has a disk drive, it does. I spent forever trying to figure how to insert a disk, and it doesn't. I should not have that a spot that looks like disc could be entered if one cannot be.

The H P computer is good except it has the marking for a door to install an extra program. Wrong I had to purchase another attachment to install my Quicken disk that I had to continue my work.

Quick service and transferred all my data from my old computer and handed me my old hard drive for future use if necessary.The Geek Squad helped get me an adapter for my audio hookup.

So far easy setup. Just started setting it up was able to hook it to the new printer so far so good will update as I figure out more information on it

It a nice computer but no place to put your disk for old movie . I like the computer it work good and i am happy with it but no place to put your disk in.

I had purchased this previously but this one ran very slowly and did not download Windows 11 properly. I returned it.

We are enjoying our computer after a year of only having a I pad. My husband had always read the news on ours and I had used it to shop. It is so much easier on a larger screen.

I wasn't 100% sure when I bought it, but after taking it home and using it I'm completely satisfied, it's exactly what I needed, I'm glad I went with this one

Works great! My old one kept freezing up on me. I had it for 8 years. So I decided it was time to replace. I was in and out of Best Buy in about 1 hour.

It is a big improvement over my old HP tower which was over ten years old. I give Geek Squad alot of credit for having my old HP for so long and it was still working but was slow.

I didn't realize it didn't have a cd drive. I have been unhappy with this item

Pavilion Desktop computer product is sufficient for my needs and the Microsoft Office 360 software is an upgrade on Office 10. Overall, I'm satisfied with this purchase.

This has a good processing speed, even using it's internal WiFi. There was no need to hook it up to Ethernet. Excellent bang for the buck.

works great. Geek Squad guy did an excellent job working on our computer and explaining everything to us!

It absolutely meets my needs. I wish it was just a bit smaller horizontally so it would fit on my desk shelf. It would only need to be about 1 inch more narrow.
