We are using it some, but we have a zoom coming up with a medical team and have no idea how to access sound. Very frustrating!!

NO CD DRIVE behind the dummy door.

It gave me the dreaded blue screen and could not be repaired. Bought this replacement and i find out it does NOT have a CD drive- it looks like it does, but the door does not open. Drive is a phony. Very deceptive. Buyer beware, HP should be ashamed!! And Best Buy should disclose

Nightmare

Finally a Geek Squad employee Brandon Cordova was instrumental in assisting with the transfer. I brought my desktop in at least 6 times before it was straight. Thanks to Brandon. I wasted numerous hours at the store and on the phone. Text messages received when my desktop was ready for pick up only indicated that I could retrieve it April 4, Every appointment possible was 2-3 weeks out????? When I tried calling the store the message was that they were not accepting calls. I contacted the 800 number and did receive a call from Connie. I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with the disservice.

Bad Computer

I traded for a Dell which works great. Big hassel setting it up, but easy to trade in. I just had to pay for for the other one.
