This replaced an older HP computer that had become very slow and unreliable. This HP has amazing speed. It boots up in seconds and not several minutes as did my previous computer. The file storage is way more than expected with plenty of room on both the SSD system drive and the 1TB for photos and documents. The only downside is after a few days i have to reboot. The processor does not slow but the wireless key board and mouse become slow to respond. Other than that, its fantastic.

I love that this computer is super fast with so much space! I haven't had any problems with it and use it several times a week. I think its a reasonable price but do consider all the other things you have to purchase like the monitor, speakers, etc... It only comes with a keyboard and mouse.

I purchased this computer and I love that I can make CD's with it. Many of the newer ones you'll need an external drive to do this. This computer is fast and is fairly easy to use. I don't like that they say to use Microsoft as your search engine. I changed that as everything I use is Google based.

These new towers are so much smaller and lighter than my old W7 tower. But it packs a much bigger punch. I love the 1Tb HD and the 250Gb SSD as well. Still getting used to Windows 10 but I like it so far. I was debating on going to just a laptop only but since i do most of my computing at home I stuck with a desktop. I'm anxious to see how I can transfer and edit all of my many family videos to this unit. we shall see...

Had to get a replacement system when my older desktop motherboard failed, so I wanted to get one with more power and memory. I spoke with the Geek Squad tech who worked on my old system as what he thought was best for my money and needs. This systddm has plenty of RAM to deeasl with Windows 10 and processing the programs I run. There are two drives for memory, one is SSD. So I have over a terabite of memory. The system boots up and is ready in about 10 seconds, which is great for a desktop unit.

I like this desktop. It's compact and easy to use. Also, it is more powerful than others costing a lot more, so that's a plus!

Works just fine no problems with the set-up. This computer is very fast it's also small so it will not take up much room. The graphics are ok also. The wireless and Bluetooth are also available if needed. You will not be disappointed with this computer.

I am not a power user but even on what I do I can tell this computer is faster than my old one. It boots up quick. I have no complains.

I had to replace my old computer. Just started shopping and found this one. I was worried about using Windows 10 and also of getting something less than what I had. This computer is perfect! It is faster than my old one and the picture is better. I’m still getting the hang of it, but overall am very pleased with my purchase.

So far, this computer has been great. It was very easy to set up.....it literally guided you step by step. I was not a fan of Windows 10 and I dragged my feet as long as I could before replacing my old HP, but so far so good. The start screen is similar to Windows 7 so it has not been difficult for me to use. Time will tell if it lasts as long as my old HP (10 years!)......keeping fingers crossed.

Replaced a desktop that was 10 years old. Fairly easy setup. Fast computer and good storage for reasonable price.

This pc has everything I wanted at an affordable price. It Is a nice compact size and easy to set up.

I bought this desktop with some apprehension because it didn't have the RAM I was looking for, but after having a chance to use it I don't see any difference between it and my previous desktop that had 32GB RAM. The 256GB SSD is a first for me and it is definitely fast, no surprise there. Great value and a great home computer.

Purchased as a gift. Receiver said very quick and easy to set up and get started. Old unit was quite a few years old so this one runs much faster, Happy with her gift.

I didn't like the mouse and keyboard that it came with, but most of us prefer our own keyboards and mice that we're already used to. I really liked this desktop and how it was configured, but it's only available a day or 2 at a time, and then it's sold out :-o ?! I had to keep coming back to the website and keep checking and checking till I was finally able to order one ! It boots up fast and shuts down just as fast. It can do a full system scan for viruses in about 10 minutes ! Something my not so older computer would take at least 1/2 an hour to do ! It can also "clear your history" in the blink of an eye. My other computer would only take maybe 10-15 seconds to do the same thing, but this takes a second or 2 at the most ! I like the CD player/burner as well ! ***The only issue that I have encountered is with the graphics :o/. I do a lot of shopping on eBay, both new and used stuff, so I click on the items to look at them in more detail. When you do that, the sides of the screen go black and the item is highlighted in the center. What ends up happening, and only when I'm on eBay thank God, is that the graphics will start to black out the sides of my screen, even when I'm NOT looking at something in detail or close up :o/. It's not that big of a deal I guess, but it still bothers me ! Other than that, I haven't encountered any other issues !

My old computer was having problems after an update. Since it was 10 years old I decided to just get a new computer. This one is much faster than my old one....no surprise. Geeks moved my important photos and documents to this new computer. Good purchase for me!

Great performance right out of the box. Great value. Undoubtedly will upgrade with a beefier power supply and dedicated video card in the future, but great quality starter machine.

I bought this for my wife. She had a 5yr old laptop and wanted a new desktop. She is happy with it and it runs office fine.

So far so good. I only have this computer for a short time and its performance is very good
