This laptop is about 20 times faster than my old laptop. It is extremely light weight and easy to use.

I purchased this laptop when my local guru declared my old one "fried". Loved it - super fast, multi-tasked, never ever froze - just perfect. But then my new guru resurrected my "fried" one. I returned this laptop to Best Buy within 15 days, and they refunded every penny - no restocking fees at all - I couldn't believe how easy it was. I've always been a Best Buy fan, and after this experience, I always will be!!!

Purchased as a gift for a college student. Great size and speed for what is needed. 128 ssd is large enough for basic programs and files. Not crazy about Windows S, but able to remove that in settings thus allowing me to install Chrome. Great deal, especially on sale!

Best thing I’ve done all year. Got this so I could work upstairs while my four-year-old plays in his room. I now like it better than my home office desktop. Faster, nice keyboard. Above-mentioned four-year-old has been home with a fever today. He’s watched TV all day and battery is still going strong. He can watch in bed, touch screen is easy for him to reach, and I can disable keyboard so he can’t buy anything.

This is a nice, easy to use laptop. It is lightweight and has a touch screen. Able to stream with no difficulty.

Great computer if you are a first time laptop user. Easy to use. Had it for a couple of weeks now. Still learning new things about it. Faster than Windows 7. Only drawback. Make sure you get security protection right away as it does not come with one. MacAfee or Norton.

Very fast and easy to use very lightweight Would suggest purchasing this product

We purchased this laptop, primarily for homeschooling our middle school child. As we considered the features and capabilities, we ended up consulting with our adult child and purchasing an additional one at the same time, for him. Though they have different primary needs for a laptop, both are happy with the purchase and satisfied with the performance of the laptop, so far.

My wife is NOT a technology person, so when she was ready To start her online real estate school, this is the laptop we purchased. The touchscreen is an added benefit to bridge the iPhone world. The processing speed is great, display is crisp and the computer is light and slim We (she) loves it!

I originally got this laptop to run a statistical software that isn’t compatible for MAC’s. Being that I do a lot of online reading, the touch screen option on this laptop is awesome.

In my opinion for the price this is not a bad laptop. The speed is good with a Solid state hard drive included. If you really need more storage I'd recommend an external backup rather than a more expensive computer just for storage. But that's just my opinion. The tablet feature is nice and it feels very sturdy, as if it will last.

It works great, very light weight, great battery life and very fast

I have had this computer for about a month so far. I'm using it for College. So far I have been very satisfied with it. I really like the touch screen. It is a nice looking laptop and has very good response/processing time with the things I have used it for. With the Student Discount, it made the entire unit more affordable. So far I am pleased with my purchase.
