I purchased this laptop because my other one stopped working on me unexpectedly. It makes a sound every time it begins to overheat. You can hear the laptop cool itself continuously while in use. It was a very rushed purchased. All in all, I like the touchscreen feature. The cost of the laptop was fair. The only issue relates to overheating and the cooling mechanism. I don't want to hear it.

I love this laptop especially since it is touch screen and the fact that you can fold it back into a tablet. It is a good buy for the price. Battery life is good, it has enough space for saving files, the screen view is nice and clear. I had to get use the mouse touch pad because it doesn’t have the right/ left click buttons at the bottom like my previous hp had. It does come in safe mode so you will have to use internet explorer and create ( if you don’t already have one) a Microsoft account, with this I couldn’t do things and you have to use the Microsoft store app. You can disable the safe mode which I did because it allowed me to download Google chrome, which I like browsing with. The one thing I’m having an issue with is sometimes when plugging/unplugging the charger the screen will go black. This needs to be fixed. I only had this laptop a little over a month, but I would recommend it.

The battery life is fairly short. But, other than that it is a good thing. Reliable, quick,and easy to use. Color and graphics are amazing.Sound and volume good. For the price paid it is overall a fair price to pay. It is one that is worth to pay again.

Got this computer for my 6yr as all he knows are ipads & touch screen, being that he's in virtual school. This is a great beginner & easy to use. Camera isn't that bad for his Google meets. Over all i like it's light weight, easy to use & love that I does exactly what i need it for.

Much snappier than my previous AMD chipped machine. Nice size and weight. Touch screen and tablet mode are a big plus because it outsizes my tablet for when I want a bigger screen. Biggest drawback is the surprisingly small hard drive.

Bought this laptop for my daughter to use at school. When it works its great. Had it for about a month. One day she came home and said it wasn't turning on. I checked and the bottom of the machine was very hot to the touch, even though it appeared to be off. Holding the power key did nothing. I was concerned the batteries might catch fire, so I had no choice but to open it up and physically disconnect the battery. That was pain. After reconnecting the laptop worked for a period of time, but it has since done this on two more occasions. Not sure if I've got a lemon, but I will be bringing it back to bestbuy for diagnostics.

I got this laptop my senior year of college because my old laptop died on me, & my classes are online now due to Covid. So I needed a fast, reliable laptop, but one that was affordable with the current state of the economy. I had this laptop recommended to me by a friend & I am SO GLAD I went with it! It turns into a tablet & is touch screen, it is so fast, compact & slim so easy to take with me everywhere, & just overall a great laptop for a college student!!

My girlfriend uses it for her school work and to play her Sims! The touch screen and the solid state drive help create unique experience that's very fast and easy to use. The battery life is a little short but overall great value for its price point.

Bought this thinking it was a bit out of my price range but what you get for $399 is an absolute steal! Use it as a tablet or use it as a laptop its ready to go however you need to use it. And the specs are enough for various uses. Just an all around deal.

Great laptop! Slim and doesn’t take up a lot of space. Versatile- can use as a laptop or tablet. Fast speed, it only lags if there’s a poor internet connection. And of course, touchscreen is a plus! So glad I made this purchase, well worth the money.

This laptop is outstanding. I use it for online learning and it works great with the school's learning management system. I am constantly required to download or stream videos and lecture presentations. This laptop did it with ease. Fast boot-up and battery life are also great features. I love the touchscreen and tablet modes. I do wish it had a RJ-45 connectivity but the wifi is more than fast enough for school tasks. The size is perfect for mobility. HD screen and audio quality is phenomenal for this little machine. It is priced well below the actual value.

I love this laptop! i've now had it for 2 years and still works like brand new! it hasnt slowed down I did sadly crack my screen but that was my fault. i highly would recommend this laptop!

I am enjoying this laptop its great the keys are large and I like that and its so light weight and it has so many functions its touch screen and you can write on it like a tablet and it folds back and forward. The price was good too!

It’s a gift for my son. He love it cause it’s touchscreen. The only thing he don’t like is that he plays his game n the battery lasts only for 3 hrs. n it dies out. For other things, it’s great.

This is a great computer for how cheap it is as well as how easy it is to set up. I got this for college and have done multi tasking and many other things and it runs pretty well. I like how snappy the i3 Processor is and how good the software has done. I am new to windows and am impressed! Great for the price and use

The laptop is very lightweight. I like the touch screen capability. It was easy to set up and use and has provided fast performance for all operations so far. The screen is clear and crisp and easy to view.

I needed a computer for our summer house because I often decide on the fly to take a ride to the shore and don't carry my laptop with me. Great graphics, love the touch screen and ease of use. The price couldn't be beat.

It was a very nice laptop but it did not have enough storage for the things I wanted to do. So I returned it to get a bigger memory. but I loved the touch screen.

Really love this laptop very good price. The speed is perfect for our need mostly using it for school related work. The touch screen makes it very easy to use and accessable for very young children.
