Terrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this March 21st. 2022. After the one year warranty expired. It ran slower and slower . I took it into Best Buy and they replaced the hard drive. It didn’t make a difference. It doesn’t do me any good keeping it. So I have to purchase another Lap Top! I do not recommend this Lap Top for anyone.

Huge waste of money

Since then it has had to go back to HP for internal crashing and as of today, 1 year and 4 months later it will no longer turn on because again the software is crashing again.

Poor Service at Store for Issue with New laptop

Directed me straight to HP which now which im fighting for a replacement after being directed to ship it to a Depot. Cannot have downtime with a work from home job and lose money. BEST BUY HAS JUST LOST ALL THEIR BUSINESS WITH ME!!!!!

Worst out of box experience ever. Do not buy!

Many normal native Windows Apps did not work out of the box and required advanced powershell knowledge to uninstall and reinstall. The webcam still doesn't work and HP wants $150 to support it. Nothing will download from the windows store to this device. I would definitely not buy this or recommend anyone buy this device.

Could not get past the setup process

The Windows setup just froze whenever I got to the wireless setup screen of the setup process. A shame, since it seemed like a really great computer otherwise.

Screen keyboard and trackpad won’t work at all

Keyboard and trackpad won’t work. Spend like 4 hrs with HP customer Service and eventually support person gave up and asked to return laptop and buy new one. Not buying HP again for sure

Do not waste your time with this.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't know where to start. I bought this computer about two months ago from Best Buy. When I brought it home it had 4 areas of major backlight bleeding around the edges of the screen. I brought it back and switched it out for a new one. It had the exact same problem. So I bring it back again, to a different store, and switch it out. The next one has the SAME PROBLEM. I literally went through five computers. Finally found one that didn't have the backlight bleeding and of course, after only two days, the backspace key popped right off and I had to go switch it for yet another, which also has the backlight bleeding issue. I don't know if the Best Buy's in my area just got a bad batch or what, but I'm extremely disappointed. The scene is hideous on any dark background, the speakers rattle SO much its gross. The paint on the top scratched off in several places already. Do not pay $800+ dollars for this computer. I am unbelievably sad about my purchase and would not recommend this nightmare to anyone. My 10 year old Acer computer was better than this one. Never once had screen issues and the speakers were amazing.

I HATE IT

I can't find even the basic apps without having to buy subscriptions with auto pay. I want my data on my computer using my software. And I'd like to move files wirelessly back and forth to my phone. Simply right? No this PC is useless without internet and the cloud and subscriptions to stupid software developers and keep reinvent the wheel by making it harder and more costly to do do the same thing. MOST DISAPPOINTING PRODUCT I'VE BOUGHT IN RECENT MEMORY, WISH i HAD MY MONEY BACK.

This is the most expensive computer I have ever purchased for myself. I paid over $500 for this computer and rarely used it. All the sudden it stops working after owning it for one year and 10 months, took it to the repair shop to find out that the motherboard was no good so everything stored on it is gone! The computer is no good if I could rip a hole into HP as a company you better believe I would don’t buy this piece of crap!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say I will never buy another HP product.

Not a good quality

I took it to Bestbuy to fix it , and they said they have to keep it for about 2 weeks while I had my final exams those weeks. I asked them if I can bring it after my exam is over as the year warranty would be gone . Best buy said no. I am not satisfied with HP quality as the computer broke in less than a year.

I called Best buy for advice or direction. Well they could send out the Geek Squad for $99....it was brand new ad had not been corrected to the network and was not able to do so. All my other devices connected well. No assistance whatsoever.

HP Pavilion X360 zapping/shocking

Spent around 800 dollars in this laptop to only be let down by another crappy HP products.
