Nice laptop. Expensive but sleek design. Gold Color is nice.

Comfortable keyboard, nice touch screen. But with just 8GB ram it does tend to freeze up or get skaky if I have a lot of tabs open. Also sometimes freezes when booting up.

Had it for exactly 2 years as I write this review. It was great till the cursor stopped working. Called customer support said I have to bring it in and it would cost about $300 to fix and honestly I can get a new decent laptop for that price.

It runs smooth, but can’t install apps like YouTube. Also, it overheats, and the keyboard doesn’t automatically light up. Might return . Idk.

Have been mostly happy with performance. Having issue with wi-fi. Either I have no access to wi-fi, or I lose access. Have had Geek Squad attempt repairs. Unsuccessful as of yet. I have to reset network adaptors to obtain wi-fi access. Have been advised it's a Microsoft issue. The frequency of the problem has lessened since last repair attempt.

I personally was not a fan of this laptop. I felt like it was too bulky and the color was not pretty. The specs are nice I like touch screen and fingerprint. However aesthetically this laptop is not pleasing at all imo. I ended up returning.

First time out of the box, it had to update. After 20min it started to get really hot and ran hot for about 25min. I think this is probably not normal.

Purchased the laptop 2 weeks ago. Installed all of the windows updates. Everything worked great and then I was unable to connect wifi. There’s an error in device manager that the wifi network adapter stopped due to errors. I had to purchase an usb to Ethernet adapter so I could get a wired connection to connect to the internet and work with HP support. After contacting support, I now have to ship the laptop to be repaired. I had it for less than 1 Month. It’s still under warranty so the repair is free.

its fine. the speaker is trash you can have it turned to 100 and even if your watching a video all the way up on the video and lap top its still not even that loud. i was going to go with a different one because it had the number key pad but they keys didnt light up so i went for this one and it olny has the numbers at the top but lights up so i went with this one even though it was 200$ more but im just really suprised that the sound is that weak

Bought this computer for my wife and so far she seems to enjoy it. She uses it for casual work and playing games and thus far it has held up well. The biggest learning curve is getting used to Windows 11 and how to format the UI so it is appealing to the eyes. So far, she seems to like how things look and how easy it is to navigate around the system.

Smaller than I expected but also user friendly. Backlit keys and plenty or storage. Very quiet and loads up rather quick. Oh issue is no ethernet port and you cant use sd or ssd card you will jave to purchase adaptors. But overall a nice quiet laptop. Reason for 3 stars is because of the lack of ports.

This laptop is a little heavier than I would have liked, but mostly, I am disappointed in the brightness and crispness of the screen. Overall, it seems to be working fairly well, although at times it doesn't want to chimney to my printer.

It’s a really good laptop. I just wish the battery life was better

The laptop is nice, the customer service was terrible.

Item does not match description, there is no memory card reader, no sim card slot, I like the laptop, but very disappointed to pay this much for the features I didn't get.
