Great screen performance vivid colors, fast processing, light weight, fun to use like a tablet, fairly good battery life. So so camera for apps like zoom, B&G speakers are satisfying.

I bought this laptop two years ago from Best Buy and I absolutely loved it. It ran well the screen was great the keyboard was a great size. When I had to get a replacement charger Best Buy did not sell a compatible one so I found one on Amazon that stated it was compatible but within a few days it stopped charging my laptop and then the charging light only stayed white and I couldn’t turn my computer on. I had the geek squad check it and they confirmed that the insides were fried. I really thought I would have this laptop for a few more years but I can’t afford a new one now and I’m bummed about that

The size is perfect, not too heavy. Love the touch screen however it did crack after some wear and tear and moving around. Speed seems good and easy to use. Clear screen image

It wasn't the most powerful, or the greatest capacity, or the most light-weight, or the least expensive - but it did well in all those categories, and it meets my needs. It's the Goldilocks laptop. My one complaint is that it gets very hot. I looked this up and found that others have the same experience. Someone said it's just the way they work, and the materials are impervious to this amount of heat - the heat won't damage the hard drive. I got an inexpensive chill mat, and that seems to have taken care of the problem. Now it's just warm.

Great performance in a small, compact laptop. The keys do not light up & are gray w/ white colored markings so makes working in the dark a challenge (work at night a lot)

The interface and physical design is seamless! The computer worked great for school and the interface was extremely detailed and clear. My only negative reviews are that the pain chips easily and the material of the computer dents easily. The battery life is also not that long. Overall, this was a needed computer, just make sure you keep the charger close by.

The computer functions well - processes quickly. It has Windows 11 installed which I'm having the usual learning issues with. There is no cd/dvd drive, no sd card reader, and only two usb ports so external media is severely restricted unless you add the needed hardware along with a usb hub. These are issues that can be resolved however. In all, I am enjoying the size and speed of this little laptop.

I love this laptop due to the efficiency, speed, there is plenty of useful guides and information. My only disappointment is I thought I came with a subscription to Windows 365, but I learned I can only get a 30-day trial. I've noticed it doesn't come with the software I typically utilize and need but I should have don't more research.

I do like this . It has nice touch screen features. Battery tends to go down quickly.

I purchased this laptop because the model on the Best Buy website showed it with a SD card slot. Once I arrived at my local store to purchase what I saw on their website and got home with my purchase, I was looking for the SD slot to put in the micro card. Unbeknown to be, this model is not the same as noted on the website. The model noted on the website is an older model HP is no longer producing with a SD card slot. I am very disappointed. However, the laptop is great for using to draw (which is why I purchased a 3rd laptop). Also, I wanted to experience the new Windows 11 OS. I didn't want to upgrade my other computer and laptops to Windows 11. From previous experiences when Windows 7 came on the scene, Windows then created Windows 8. Upgrading from 7 to 8 was a nightmare. I would not recommend upgrading from Windows 10. If you can afford to purchase a laptop (or computer), buy for the Windows 11. DO NOT UPGRADE YOUR CURRENT OS TO WINDOWS 11. Windows 11 is okay. A lot to absorb and to take in. Keep your Windows 10.

Quick and easy to set up! It is a pretty fast laptop, so no issues there! I just use it for everyday use, very minimal gaming. Touch screen is a nice addition, a bit award to use as a tablet tho, but that is not why I got it.

The laptop was very nice but I had to return it because it was too slow for my needs it would get the job done but I'm impatient and needed something a lot faster I did a lot of photo editing and video editing

The overall laptop is outstanding. Great speed and i love the touchscreen and the identity fingerprint recognition security login feature.

I’m pretty satisfied, it light weight and fast!… the only thing I wish it had Ethernet connection. But I just purchase an adapter so all good!

Love my new laptop! Compact, lightweight, easy to handle! I just need a little more time to all my programs right where I want them.

I love it, is really good and faster, and the screen touch is the best. But the battery don't life for long time

So far, so good. Purchased this laptop as a gift for my daughter; she loves it. Would have given it 5 stars if it had the side calculator keys on the right like normal keyboards (my own preference), but she loves it (and she's a Mac person!) She especially loves the touch screen and the ability to use it as a Tablet. So, overall, it's a really nice laptop!

Fantastic … Super fast Excellence performance Small and portable

I purchased this item for basic needs such as watching stocks, occasional web searches, and keeping photos or editing those photos. I downloaded a high graphic game and it looks great but it drains the battery life within hours. Touchscreen qualities are great and mainly the reason why i bought a 2 in 1 to begin with.

Solid laptop so far, great battery life, keyboard has just right amount of responsiveness, easy to travel with, overall satisfied with the purchase. Had some bloatware loaded (eg, free McAfee) to get rid of at the beginning but not as much as some other laptops I've purchased recently. Recommend.
