I have purchased the earlier model in the past and it's been my most trusted bluetooth earpiece for noisy locations. This device is the latest model and it works even better than the past version.

Great product. I've been driving trucks for over 20+years and used several different Bluetooth headsets. This is just what I needed. Small and lightweight. I don't like the over the head types. The noise canceling is awsome. I bought another one for a back up. So I'm good to go!!

I purchased this because the previous wireless headset quit charging after only a few months of use, and it was past the return time in your Best Buy store. This one works very well, and it holds the charge for a long time.

The headphones were at an incredible 'out of the box' price (over 75% off and nothing missing), but unfortunately I could not hook them up to my Samsung TV due to the fact that the wiring was NOT compatible to my TV input, soo I had to return them....Would def recommend if wiring hookup matches your tv...

The earpiece is very clear and does everything described in advertisement. I've had these earpieces before, and one wears out I always end up replacing them with the newer upgraded unit, because after I've checked the brands they just don't compare. Great product.

Replaced my Plantronics Voyager with this newer Legend 50. I've been using these headphones for the last 10 years. Now that we have a Poly model all the software and updates are working properly. The only comment is I am petite and have a problem with ear buds, headphones staying in my ear. I found this model to be slightly thicker with over the ear, so with glasses, it tends to fall slightly more that past models. But much better fit than any other ear buds for small ears.

Blocks out a lot of background noise that I’m asked if I’m still there.

I am not sure of what you want me to say but it fits the purpose of what I purchased it for. I have not had any problem with this item. I am pleased with my purchase I had went to several stores looking for an ear piece that fits and this one fit what I was looking for

Connects easily to phone and works alright, but some issues that I have had are that the volume is quite low even when it and the phone are turned all the way up. Also, the ear tips don't fit very well so using in loud environments forces me to switch to my AirPods.

I like it it does what i need it to do but im sure the rubber on the side will peel off at some point just like the others

Can’t always accept or deny a call unless I manually accept or deny the call with the phone. I would love to be able accept a call or deny a call when asked. The narrator will ask do you accept or deny this call? But if not, always accept other not to call.

I have used Voyager/Plantronics headsets since 1999 for work and personal use. This headset is the bomb because it’s comfortable and has a long lasting battery and BEST of all has perfect clarity of my voice for the person on the other end to hear!

Great headset for a crystal clear phone conversation. I've had it for three years but I just bought a new one since I lost the first one. Even in a very noisy environment, you can still be heard clearly on the other line. My only gripe is that, there is no announcement of who's calling. Other than that, I will buy again.
