Supposed to replace the Poly (Plantronics) 5220. Not even close. Volume is less...no clarity to caller...noise cancellation weaker. It's prettier..just not the same technology!

I like the product very well, but the person that helped me was very rude. I come very close to walking out. Her name is Taylor, so very rude.If I need something in the future and I see her, I will go somewhere else thanks

Callers complain of the in and out of the call. The quality of the device seems to be different than the 5200. I loved Plantronics and my 5200, but I am not a big fan of this one yet.

Very well built and has a quality feel. Have two stars because when calls come in you get voice notifications to answer or decline but when you verbally reply it doesn’t answer the call. You have to manually answer by pressing the button on the back of the headset. Additionally it’s expensive

I bought the previous headset from Poly Voyager and now they have upgraded it to the USB C connector. I bought this to since the noise cancelling is top notch.

This product doesn't work as expected. It takes too long to answer the calls to the point of the caller sometimes hanging up before the call can be answered. I have to holler into the microphone several times before the call is answered and sometimes it isn't before disconnecting.

Doesn’t fit well. Feels like it’s always going to fall off my ear. People can hear me well but it’s difficult hearing callers because the earpiece never seems to sit in proper position.
