I am very disappointed in Poly quality since they got bought by HP. I have purchased a lot of these Plantronics ear piecess over the years and they have been great but I do use them everyday with heavy use. In the past when it was Plantronics I could sometimes go 2 years without them going out but usually it was one year. Then when it became Poly with the 5200 I was lucky to get 6 months. I was hoping with the 50 the quality would be back but first impression is not great. Its literally just been over a month and it is completely dead and wont even turn on anymore... Very disappointed. Hopefully it was just a lemon. I will exchange it for another and see if the next one last longer. If not RIP Poly. I will have to move on and find a different option. Its sad because I have been a very loyal customer for years. Used to be a great earpiece. When they work they are still the best out there. But with the quality recently. Its not worth it anymore. I will update my review with how it goes with the replacement.

I miss my 5200. I bought the Legend 50 thinking it would be better since the 5200 is discontinued but it is no comparison....the Legend 50 is pure JUNK. The voice command work when it wants to, the volume is low, no contact name when that person is calling. Save your frustration and don't buy the 50. HP or Poly needs to do something to make the 50 like the 5200. Too bad I can't give a no star rating, luckily it got a one star rating as it's the lowest you can give.
