Charger Won't Fit, Refurbisher Doesn't Care

Laptop works just fine but the included charger was for the previous HP models (G1 rather than G2). I had a spare charger on hand already and didn't want to deal with processing a return when I needed the laptop at that moment already. Called the number listed on the sticker of the laptop, gave them all the information and they said they would send me the correct charger, but it's been over a month and I still haven't gotten anything.
Most people won't already have a spare charger laying around, so this specific refurbished product won't work for them.
