This computer is very fast and smooth operating. It boots up in about a minute. The Intel i7 processor is very fast at bringing up the various functions. It has an internal CD and DVD player which sound terrific. It handles every task with no problems.

I was reluctant to buy a pre-owned system for the usual reasons -- if it worked, why did the original owner sell it? etc. But the types of games my children wanted to play would only run on a computer that would ordinarily be outside of my price range. I decided to take a chance, and it was completely worth it. My unit happened to be refurbished by Joy Systems. They did a fantastic job. I put in a modest graphics card and my new computer runs everything my children hoped for.

Set-up was easy and it the processing speed is great for my needs.

Glad I bought as an upgrade to the other refurbished I have. Wanted something faster and this pc fits the bill. Just plug it in and ready to go. Setup was very easy.

Good tech specs for the price. Unit came in like-new condition from a Microsoft-certified refurbisher called Joy Systems. It was securely packaged and there was no shipping damage. A nice little touch: the refurbisher included a blown-up photocopy of the Windows Key sticker, to make it easier for the user to enter the activation key during the first startup. It's a small thing, but it's super thoughtful and convenient.
