This computer was a great, cheap option for my brother who just needed something simple to run one program on it. Easy to setup and works well!

We needed it for some basic computing needs, including internet access and wanted to upgrade from our 8 year-old computer. So far it has been a good choice.

I was pleasantly surprised with the easy set up and stellar performance. I couldn't help trying out that groovy latch on the case and peeking inside! Nice! Cleaver mounting of the hard drive and power supply allows for plenty of room for the bitchingly quiet fan baffle that accounts for it's pin drop quiet performance. I also like clean windows install that dosen't clog up the machine with all the bogus junk I don't want or need. I installed my Norton and a browser and went to all the videos that were iffy on the old machine, they played great while I opened and used a word processor. Not a single glitch in the video. So I wrenched the drive out of my old crashed machine and set up the USB 3.0 external SATA drive bay. Everything came up flawlessly and I salvaged all my files documents and pictures. I was skeptical about the 250GB Drive but I have a 4TB external on the way and everything I got off the old drive already I doesn't appear that it is going to be a problem The USB 3.0 is so freaking fast It's like having 2 hard drives in the machine. Great price for a Great machine!

My computer was not working right out of the box. I only had Microsoft Edge and was not able to download anything through it. I had to go to Best Buy and they put Chrome on it and now I can download anything.

Never bought a "refurbished" computer and was skeptical. Have it up and running now for two days and it's SPECTACULAR. From the pristine case to the speed of the i5 processor, I am pleased as could be. Also pleased with myself for making such a good purchase.

Nice system at a reasonable price. We are replacing a failing Linux server and would have really liked for Linux to be on the system.

We got this as a home office computer for email and general internet use. The kids use it for educational games and school research. It has worked fine for its intended use.

I purchased this refurbished HP Desktop at such a low price. This desktop works really good. The shipping was fast that met my expectation.

I purchased this computer in may, the hard drive crashed in October. took it to a friend who does repairs to find the hard drive couldn't be reset. Best buy, HP, & joysystems.com did nothing but try to send me to each other. threw the computer in the trash & bought a Lenovo from office max. don't waste your time or money !!
