Nice Computer.

horrible experience
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.got this refurbished computer and although was delivered quickly, it didn't include antivirus software like my order said it would. I called customer service who gave me a hard time and ended up going down to the store. Had to ask for a manager to get the antivirus because the customer service rep wanted to me to call corporate back and so finally got the kaspersky. Went home to install and was unable to, had to troubleshooted with tech support for two hours before the guy finally told me to return it because it wasn't worth the headache. Went to return it to the store and the customer service rep told me it could take up to 14 days for the money to go back on my card. Unbelievable.
