The description clearly says Intel i5, I received a pc with a rather suspicious scratch through a selective part of what should have been the 5 of i5 on the "Intel Inside" sticker. Noting that it wasn't performing as expected (its my daughter's pc), I dug in and discovered it has an i3 processor. Just in time to return. I can't say this is intentional, but that scratch in the Intel sticker looks like an attempt to pass an i3 as an i5. Buyers beware. Either way I bought an i5 and was sent an i3. During covid 19, for a child to home school. Good, ethical work.

The computer had great specs for a great price. It was a DOA so I returned it to the store. They were very good about replacing it but there wasn't another in stock. We replaced it and are good now. Customer support was fantastic.

Be aware that it does not have a wireless router. I bought two of these, one for each of my teenage sons. They both came with a keyboard and a wired mouse. In one of the boxes the mouse had been broken by the unit. I didn't bother trying to get a replacement because my son wanted a better mouse anyway. Also they were not very user friendly. The media player needs an app to run it and there are various other things that require someone with more than basic knowledge to make it work. Fortunately I have friends with more than basic knowledge. However, if you don't need plug and play it is a good unit to have.

Well I bought this computer because my desktop was fried. I was wary because it said refurbished, but I was low on cash so I bought it. I had problems with the first one because the side panel would not come off. I contacted Bestbuy and they said send it back. I figured a new one wouldn't go out because everyone else will not ship until the old product is received. Low and behold I got a tracking number the next day! I haven't had it long, but I've already ordered 8 GB of memory because the 8 in it is to slow for my needs. Other than I think my money was spent wisely.

I ordered the tower that stood up vertically received the one that lays flat. Very fast but noisy. They told me no keyboard came with itt but got one anyway and mouse. That was great. Hard web site to order of off I think. Overall ok

Needed a cheap no frills work station for my boss. System does the job. No errors or complaints so far. Should have read details no wi-fi capability. This fact should have been stated more obviously but on me for not reading. Deducted 1 star for cheap mouse that came with bundle being cracked and broken.

Had about a month, but it try to download a Windows update, then my mouse port stop working, had to go to a back up USB port with another mouse. That is the only problem except it would not download Windows update and Adobe Flash Player that day. I do like the computer though, it is fast.

This PC came with a power cord for a different country. It had a Type J power cord. I had to temove the lid and verify that the power supply did indeed have an input of 110 V. Also, the HDD is making quite a bit of noise.

I should have returned as the hard drive is only 500g. It is suppose to be 1 TB. I'm less than happy. I will add another hard drive to supplement to get by. I will probably never buy another refurbished unit from Best Buy due to this.

Great PC for having multiple tabs and windows open. If you're trying to do anything else than work with multiple documents, it won't perform very well. It loads really quickly and works great for what its supposed to do.

My new PC tower was shipped to my door. I had it up and running in 35 minutes, without any problems whatsoever. Having been using a 10-year-old tower, which was extremely slow, this new tower is absolutely fantastic!! It was easy to download my old possessions from a memory stick, and everything is simply A+. A fantastic upgrade for those with older units; or a great back-up tower, if needed.

I actually like this desktop. It has a low profile and is remakabky fast. There is pkenty of RAM to prevent slowdown and than enough memory on the hard drive (1 TB). This is a refurbished HP and is well worth the price. I have had a refurbished minitower HP which is still in service. I have not had any problems with the refurbished HP computers.

I purchased what I thought was a refurbished HP computer. The outer layer was HP, but apparently when turned on it had dell software. The computer only lasted four months before the motherboard died. Bc it came from an outside company, which I was unaware, I have to return it to the company and pay for shipping.

I Purchased this refurbished desktop for my mother as her power source had gone out on hers. So far so good. This is just what she needed. No fancy bells or whistles but just enough to get her work done.

Item work and was ready to use. Then found out it was not what the description stated. I was shipped a i3 core instead. Retuned item

First time w/refurb. (Take a chance, methinks. Save some scratch. No guts no glory.) And it works. So far so good. (Noisy disk drive, even in standby, but I'm supposed to have Geek Squad, included, for 6 months.) So, again, so far so good. : )

I bought this comp and it took three days longer then stated to get here. When I opened the box it had only half the power supply. When I called support they said it wasn't advertised with a power supply, only a keyboard and mouse; if I wanted to turn it on I had to buy the power supply seperate! Returning it tommorow and will Never buy from them again.

Purchased this desktop as a replacement for my home office computer. Excellent choice - more space,more speed for less $ than upgrading my existing tower.

I didnt need anything fancy. Just a place to surf the net and store some pictures. So I didnt want to spend a ton of money. This refurbished pc was just what I needed. So far no issues.
