Like my new refurbished computer, but for some reason, it keeps making a beeping sound when I'm not on a site with no sound going on. The computer is very heavy.I still can't put my own email at startup I'm working on it.I would suggest getting a refurbished computer

When I picked up the computer from Best Buy and returned home, I connected all my external devices and turned the cpu on and it began beeping with a flashing red led light. I tried to turn off the machine and could not by depressing the on switch, so, I unplugged the power and waited 2-3 minutes. Re plugged and it started beeping again. After several tries, it stopped and I was able to load programs but it would crash and start to beep and would beep two or three times after I unplugged it. If I was to move the mouse or depress the esc button, it would crash. Eventually all it would so was to beep and I already had one computer in repair with The Geek Squad. So, I took this one in and I had to buy a coverage plan which in the long run, saves me monies but they kept for about three days and I think was a ram issue that was causing the CPU to crash but they fixed it. I brought the machine back home, hooked everything up and it worked although one time, it beeped, restarted and has been working flawlessly for the pass six days. The Geek Squad folks were real nice and one rep told me that sometimes these refurnished machines are a hit and a miss and gave me instructions if the machine started to beep that could save me a return trip. That is I gave it a three rating but The Geek Squad really help to lessen the stress. I was concerned that they might would have to send it back to the manufacturer. They also gave me a end of service report on all the tests they performed and software. But I do like the CPU now that it is working nominally.

We purchased 2 refurbished computers. One is great. The other which sits on my desks gurgles all day long and is so annoying. I do not have the funds in our municipal budget to uninstall everything on this computer and waste 2 weeks of time to get all the various programs etc up and running again. I purchased Geek protection plan. What does it cover in this instance???

Only issue I had was when I set up my password I didn't notice that it was trying to assign it to a jump drive. Chose to take it in to Geek Squad instead of them coming to my home. Great service, was in and out in about 15 min, no charge.

Performance is good. Instructions on downloading Windows 10 was a headache in the beginning. The screen and apps is great.item is refurbished but meets its standards

It serves the purpose however there is no way to hook up a TV as a monitor to this computer due to the outdated graphics card or video card

I haven't used it. Its still in the box. I wish I would have bought the i7. But it's a good back up in case my laptop gives out. I hope it still works. Has been in the box for a couple of years. Have it paired with a nice ips screen but it's big and bulky so I don't have space but for the price it's a bargain

This would have been a 5, but the 1st computer delivered was DOA. I returned the unit at a local store and the attendant was polite and efficient. The replacement arrived a week later and is working great.

Its alright, but is a bit laggy when doing anything.

I wasn't expecting anything lightning fast it's an old computer but I got it from my parents and their computer was older than a dinosaur at least this one is dinosaur quality.

I received this computer, it looked like it was used for 5 years. It did not work from the start and then it just broke down after one week.

Didn’t come with a way to access the internet. Had to buy an adapter. Is very slow. Hate it!

it works very good, Has a lot of options and features that you can set up.

I had to have a friend help me find somevof the Ease of Avcess, so I could put everything in bigger print. I thimk Windows 8 made more sense as to where things are located. I felt like I do when I'm humting for things atWalmart and there's no-one to ask...

3 trips to rockwall store to get help setting up new computer. 4th trip was to return computer. Geek squad did not listen to what we were asking and made us feel like idiots for not understanding windows 10. Will not be back period

So far so good. I haven't had this HP very long. I just retired a Dell that gave me great service for 11 years do i hope i get good service out of this one

Works great and have no issues. Will definitely buy refurbished again if and when needed.

There was 1 HDMI output port in connectivity specification. But it did not come with HDMI port. I had to return it.

This item was not working when I received it. I had to drive 3 1/2 hours to return it. Ended up switching it for a new tower. Was not happy.

Did not work, had to return it to store. Ended up buying a new computer which I really could not afford.
